Zoey’s place is ideally located within the community. The condo is just steps from the beach and offers a beautiful water view from the spacious balcony. Inside, the space is very comfortable, featuring a large sectional sofa, dining table, snack bar, and a well-equipped, efficient kitchen. The bedrooms offer ample closet and drawer space, and both bathrooms include walk-in showers. Although the condo has a large TV, we didn’t end up using it. There were a few maintenance items in the unit, which I have already discussed with Zoey. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again !!

We enjoyed the tranquil location and appreciated not staying in the Marina area, which we could walk to quite easily for restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful but not suitable for paddling or swimming. Definitely would stay here again. Couple of issues- the air conditioning in bedroom 2 started leaking water due to a plugged tube. The kitchen blender/liquidizer didn’t work. There was no umbrella on the balcony. Bedroom sliding glass door was way too difficult to slide.

We had a great time in Cabo. The private beach and pool were fantastic, and the proximity to the town made getting around easy.

Zoey is our favorite hostess in Cabo. This is the second condo in this community we have stayed in - amazing location, away from the downtown noise but still walkable/short ride away from the scene. Highly recommend!

The condo was very nice and had a great view. Kitchen and living room are spacious. Bedrooms are on the smaller side with no dressers, but the beds and linens were comfy. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need. They even have coolers for you to use for the beach along with beach chairs. Plenty of towels and extra linens. If you are looking for a relaxing vibe, this is the place for you. The pool areas were very nice and relaxing. We walked to the marina and downtown area everyday. Zoey had clear and easy communication. Quick to respond while we were there.

This was mine and my sisters 4th stay a Terrasol & our second time staying in one of Zoey's units. Just like last time our unit was well stocked! From full sized shampoo, conditionar and body wash in both showers, to coffee filters, sunscreens left from past guests & extra blankets & pillows. We love the poolside restaruant & the grounds are beautifully kept as always! It even looked like they had recently done some updates with new plants and a new pathway to the second pool. Love Zoey as a host!

Lovely place and great stay. Nice peaceful location away from the noise and madness of the harbour and Medano beach. Beautiful beach and amazing sunsets every night. Condo is very nice and spacious. You can see the whales right from the balcony every morning. The barbeque didn’t work and they brought a new one over within a few hours. Nice gym (besides the cardio equipment) my family had a great time and we would stay here again

Location, location, location! We chose to stay at Terrasol as being in this location was a priority for us. Love being right near beach, whale watching galore, walkable to the marina. This particular unit is convenient to one of the pools and the on-site restaurant which we consider to be affordable and a great convenient option. My crew felt safe and comfortable! Perfect for those looking for a peaceful place to be or those with young families. Definitely no party vibes here. As with most real estate ads, the pictures definitely make the unit look larger than it is. However we expect that and had plenty of space. Unit is a little more dated than it appears in the photo's. Overall worth the price and satisfied with our visit.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view of the ocean. Whale watching from sun up to sun down right from the balcony. Private location, but in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Clean and fully equipped. Zoey was receptive and responded quickly. I would highly recommend.

Zoey's place is great! The location is quiet with an incredible view and still very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus Zoey was super helpful throughout our visit even going out of her way when our group left some stuff behind. Definitely recommend!

This place was extraordinarily dirty. Upon arrival there was dirt and hair everywhere so we requested cleaning to come in again. Even after cleaning there was hair embedded into rugs and the couch. There was a box full of weevils (bugs) in the pantry. While drinking my coffee one morning I also drank a weevil (I know because I crunched on something and spat it out). I don’t know if it was in the coffee or the unclean coffee maker. The master bedroom shower was clogged and dirty and unusable for hours after use. We ran out of toilet paper (limited supply) & the host took hours to get us toilet paper. The guest bedroom bed had grime and dirt all around the frame. Zoey was responsive otherwise and seems to be a decent host but the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting and my family did not feel comfortable there. She also rejected our request for a partial refund, knowing what we went through with the state of the apartment. This place urgently needs maintenance and a deep clean.

Stay was excellent. Would probably stay again. It was during late July so the condo complex was quiet. Pool was a little too warm, but to be expected that time of year. Only complaint was kitchen sink was extremely slow to drain, but wasn’t a big enough concern to bring up during stay.
