The owner of the Airbnb was very kind and answered all my questions. The gentlemen who take care of the place are also very friendly. They let us play music without any problem, they cleaned the pool every day, they helped us take out the trash and they helped us when we needed to open the gate. They were always there for whatever we needed. The place is spacious, it was clean, it's private, the view is beautiful, and the beach is also nice. There is a well-stocked grocery store 100 meters away. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, the pool is spacious, and the bathrooms do have hot water, although we thought they didn't. There is a very nice and calm dog that was with us the whole time and didn't bother us at all. Overall, our stay was very nice. We had a lot of fun, and I would definitely recommend staying here. We'll definitely be back!
Highly recommended. The place was very nice and just like in the photos, with a super nice view! We had a great weekend. Don Arturo was always available and friendly during our stay! The only thing is that the pool is very deep, so you have to be careful with children and adults.
A very nice, quiet, and relaxing stay. Arturo and his wife are excellent people and very helpful. The pool is deep, but there were floats, and the path to the beach is very nice. A supermarket and pharmacy are very close to the place, less than 100 meters away.
Old, dated, rustic. Not a house but single cabins, weak doors & locks, mosquitos, one shower blocked\stuck, a roach felt on a person while sleeping, the kitchen sync is old and the kitchen furniture dated with paint falling off. Entering\exiting the house is challenging because you depend on the care taker to open the gate manually every time. Apologies for the negative review but we have stayed in other homes in CR and the places were top notch for about the same price.

Great place, very private and peaceful. We had a pleasant time at this beach house. Arturo and Maribel were very friendly, kind and very attentive. Definitely will recommend this place. Becky was very friendly too.
Excellent place, location, cleanliness and spacious! With everything you need. The managers of the place, Mr. Arturo and his wife Maribel, were very friendly. we will definitely be back!
The villa as a whole was very nice and we had plenty of room for our group of 12. Small downside with one of the toilets on the second floor that clogged easily. Direct access to the beach is a must for visitors. Arturo and Maribelle are always available to answer our questions and offer their help. Very pleasant stay, close to markets and some local restaurants.
Super, we felt home from the first moment, enough space for a family of 10, pool was cleaned everyday, even our laundry was done... Best service and Arturo and his wife were so friendly and really took care of us...cleaned the pool every morning etc... And we love Rocky the Baby dog.. definitely recommend to stay here... We even saw Bats flying around.. Wonderful place and we loved the pool... A supermarket was maybe a km away but on the other side was a small shop..
We were delighted, the only bad thing was that time went by so fast to continue enjoying such a nice place

The place is as seen in the photos, a quiet and family atmosphere, it has everything you need for the stay. We liked it a lot.
The house is very comfortable and rustic, the outdoor space is beautiful the same as the photos. We could see many iguanas and squirrels. The caretakers on the property are extremely attentive and friendly. Everything was perfect!
I really enjoyed the place and Mr. Arturo and Maribel super friendly, I highly recommend it
