We stayed at Dawns place for 4 days for a family vacation and it was just great. The house is full equipped. The communication with Dawn was really fluid and for every question or comment we became always a rapid and friendly answer. The jacuzzi is specially relaxing. 😎 The security and administration staff from the residence complex is also very friendly and also available to help with any concern. I would definitely recommend staying in Dawns Place if you want to have really nice stay at the beautiful Bejuco Beach in Costa Rica.

I just wanted to preface this review by saying that Dawn was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! Outside of being able to cook breakfast in the airbnb to save on eating out, the main room and bedrooms had A/C which was so nice after a long day enjoying the toasty beach! The A/C units cooled the whole house down within minutes! They even had a jacuzzi! It was running a little warm but it was still nice! We enjoyed the community pools and even brought some tennis rackets for some late night sports in the gated community. We felt very safe to walk around at any hour, even safer than we do back home haha. Whenever we needed something Dawn got back to us within the hour, usually immediately! She told us where to find bug spray and extra paper towels, stuff for cooking ect! They even have a rice maker which made super easy and cheap dinners when we didn't feel like going into town. When we come back to Costa Rica, we will definitely be returning to Dawn's! Pura Vida Mae!
