Amazing place for our group. Plenty of space to relax and hangout with everyone. Pool was amazing, and the beach was a short walk away. Plenty of good food options right there near the house.

Great place to explore all of Cabo from. Great for multiple families with three master bedrooms. Kids loved the pool. Quick walk to several good restaurants. Hope to visit again.

Paula's house is very large and great for a large family or group to spread out and enjoy the setting. We loved the pool and spa, worth it to heat the pool in February, but surely would not need in the summer. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and walking to restaurants. You can also walk up to the town center of San Jose Del Cabo in about 8-10 min and enjoy the restaurants, galleries, street vendors, etc., which was our favorite part of the location. We had a few maintenance issues, but Patrick, Paula's property manager, responded timely to address. You need to use bottled water for drinking and cooking (washing fresh fruit and veggies, in an abundance of caution, you should use bottled / filtered water). Patrick provided us with a filtration system to address this issue, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay, we hope to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. Patrick was super responsive and very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need including dishwasher/cleaning supplies, coffee & coffee filters, condiments, etc. Also provided plenty of beach towels, sunscreen, insect repellent, etc. Spacious with lots of room for our party of 10 to spread out. Walking distance to restaurants, town and a short Uber ride to supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay greatly! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. The location was convenient to the beach.

Incredible stay! Came with friends for a birthday and had a wonderful time. Our host also helped us find a private chef to make our trip extra special. Cannot recommend this home for your stay in San Jose! Everything you need and more! Great house!

Patrick was very responsive when we had questions in Mexico. The place was perfect for 2 families staying together and the pool/hot tub were awesome! We also loved saying hi to our group that went golfing. Thanks for a great stay!

This home was wonderful, exactly what we expected. One block from the main hotel strip and two blocks from the beach. Some amenities could use some updates, but overall a 5 star experience. Thank you and can’t wait to visit again.

Paula’s place was the perfect house for 10 girls. Very very spacious, the pool and hot tub are perfect for lounging at during the day. Ample supplies in the kitchen for making meals.

The location was perfect. We had 4 kids and 4 adults for a 7 night stay, the extra square footage for the kids to play in was a welcome addition to the house. Our stay was during a cold snap in January making heating the pool was a must, it did take 4 days for the pool to reach a nice temp for the kids. Nice pool and seating area around the pool with green grass. The home is very nice and well appointed The area feels very safe to walk around. The house is close to a nice small shopping center with upscale shops, coffee shops etc.
