Apartment in Playa Escondida with a beautiful ocean view. Excellent location, adjacent to the clubhouse. Comfortable for a family of up to 5 people. Some furniture needs renovation. But overall, fine.

Jian's apartment is very comfortable. Very similar to photos. It needs a bit of general maintenance (paint, some worn-out furniture), but for a short stay and enjoying the beach, it's very good.
We had a great stay in Playa Escondida. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and in a prime location in front of the clubhouse. It's a comfortable and perfect place to relax. Perhaps it could be considered to complement the kitchen equipment a little more, but overall everything was great. We would definitely come back again.
Large and spacious apartment, with a nice view and conveniently located. Jian was always kind in responding and trying to solve the problems we had. In one bathroom the shower had no water and the next day a technician came to fix it. Unfortunately, in other bathrooms, the constant operation of hot water was impossible, which made the showers intermittent and a bit unpleasant. Although the apartment is spacious, the kitchen lacks some basic equipment such as: toaster, cooking utensils, dish towels. Upon arrival some towels and sheets were missing, which were replaced in time.

Jian's place were good enough. Had a small details that need to be addressed as the wear and tear in taking a toll but nothing's deal breaker. It's recommended that you take with you on your trip some small basics to have your stay more confortable: i.e trash bags, shower gel, etc. that are typically customary on other rentals on the same condo. For the rest is ok.
Large apartment and centrally located among the building options. I would stay again and recommend it.

Excellent place, clean, with everything you need, close to the pool and restaurant. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Highly recommended.
