Our stay was excellent ! The beach house is very large and comfortable, and everything is very clean and organized. The person who welcomed us at the property (Don Juan) was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication with Alex was also excellent. We would definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay at this beach house! The pool was fantastic and the beach was just a short walk away, making it the perfect getaway. AC all around the house was great with rooms and kitchen clean and well-maintained. Don Jose was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!

The house is beautiful, the pool is super deep and we did not like that the housekeeper took a long time cleaning the pool while we were already there and wanted to get in, also that he was there for about 2 hours watching what we did without giving us privacy, we found out that he entered the property at night while we were sleeping. The house has too many signs with prohibitions that don't make you feel at home or well received. Anyway, we wouldn't stay here again

I appreciate the information from our guardian, it's the first time it's happened to us. I did not want to do this but there is no doubt that given the above I must also express my disagreement with the group that accompanied her, they got drunk, broke glasses, left glass lying around, took a towel, etc. And the location of our house is not a very popular area since it is located within a residential area. I also don't agree with the rating of the value for money, it's a beautiful house, but thank you anyway for coming to our house

The experience was peaceful, relaxing, and safe. We received a warm welcome from the property manager who was also attentive throughout our stay. He lives separately onsite, but was not disruptive to our experience. The best part of this home is the outdoor space which is where my family and I spent most of the time. The pool and the grounds are well maintained. The entire interior was clean. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Not all kitchen essentials were provided (dish soap, paper towels/napkins) so check with the host on specific needs. Convenient stores, restaurants and the beach are a 8-10 minute drive as mentioned in the description. Overall we had a great stay. I recommend and would stay here again.

Alex place was great. Although we did not spend much time at the place, it was very relaxing and a nice backyard area. The air conditioner works and that's very important. I would stay again.

Great place, very secure,lots of restaurante nearby. Food store not far by car. Beds on the very firm side, if you like that. Great swimming pool and pool bar.

The pool was very nice, we enjoyed it till Two of my kids got hurt/cut on broken tiles. The pool needs maintenance it could be hazardous to kids.

The house is nice, cozy!! Close to the airport, which is why we decided to rent this house. The one thing that is not mentioned on the description of the house is the main gate closes at 9pm every night. I understand is for security purposes, but it is an inconvenience that you have to be back home before 9pm or the gate is locked.

My family and I really enjoyed Alex’s place. It was exactly as described, the A/C throughout the house was great. Eliceo ( the on-site person) was really helpful and kind to show us around the house and also where to buy at the local grocery stores. We had a great time at the pool and walked to the beach (about 8 minutes) to see the beautiful sunset as well as the sunrise the next day. We also watched a couple of movies on Netflix My family and I had a good time there! Thank you Alex and Eliceo!
