He is a very friendly and flexible person. It was pleasant. The house is very nice. There are only small details, which are just constructive recommendations, such as changing the bathroom shelves to put the soaps on, and putting out soaps and shampoo, which were missing. But these are minor details that I know he will improve. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Tanguy’s place was perfect for us. It was close enough and far enough away to enjoy our privacy, go out and enjoy the beaches, and with spectacular views. We will come back for sure and we recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t have a vehicle, make sure you have a way to move around since it’s up a hill.

Great home. Lots of space. A beautiful terrace to admire the sunsets. Walking distance to town. We had a great time! Thanks!

Our stay was excellent thanks to Tanguy's hospitality. He was a very helpful host and was always attentive to our needs. What we valued most was his promptness in responding to any messages or questions we had; he really made us feel supported at all times. I highly recommend staying here!

Tanguy was a very nice and responsive host. The home is in a convenient location and in a nice neighborhood with security nearby. It’s a very big home and can comfortably sleep a lot of guests. It has two cool decks. The birds that fly nearby are lovely to watch. Sunset views are gorgeous. Seeing the ocean in the background is a thing of beauty. A couple of things we didn’t like: There’s no ac upstairs. It gets hot when you’re there - like you won’t stop sweating hot and even hotter when cooking. If you open the front and back doors for airflow, you welcome in bugs. So that’s a tough situation. The house looked as advertised although we felt it could’ve been cleaner. It was noisy at night - not because the home. There’s a restaurant / bar nearby that played music loudly late into the night every night. So if you need peace and quiet, this is not the place. Apart from some minor flaws, it’s a nice place and surely right for people that can tolerate some heat & noise.

This house is very beautiful, I would definitely rent it again as many times as I can.

Tanguy was very attentive at all times, a super safe place and very close to downtown San Juan del Sur, a 5-minute walk, we will definitely come back again. Recommended 100%
