Tidy and quiet; we liked it halfway. When we entered the living room, there were 3 cockroaches, and the armchair was very dirty. We had to put a duvet on it to sit on. The minimum stay is 3 days, but I think the kitchen needs more utensils. The pans were ugly and old; we had to buy two to be able to cook. There was only salt and pepper, so we also had to buy oil and spices. In the photos, the upstairs bathroom appears to have a bathtub, but the listing doesn't mention that it doesn't work. There is only a shower, but all the water leaks out when you take a shower, and it's dangerous when you get out. The room with the bunk bed is very uncomfortable; the entire bunk bed creaks every time the person on the top or bottom moves. The mattress is sagging, and our backs hurt terribly. In the information he sent, it said that pool maintenance was on Tuesdays and Fridays, but they came on Saturday. He didn't notify me at all. I was alone with my daughter, and two workers came in without announcing themselves or knocking. I think they had a key. When I mentioned this to him, I never received a response.

Great home, had all necessary things for the stay. We didnt take advantage of the amazing upstairs BBQ terrace but were always in the heated pool which was a great plus. I would only suggest more bath towels based on occupation but other than that, it was a great experience. Looking forward to furure reservations.

Amazing stay!!! Staying at Mary's place was the best decision we made in Cabo, thanks to her friendly and courteous service, and her constant attentiveness. The house is very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Every area of the house offers privacy for those who choose to spend time in the living room, kitchen, dining room, pool, bedrooms, or barbecue area!! The photos don't do the house justice. It's in a very quiet area with plenty of privacy, with a park across the street where you can go for a run or enjoy a moment of tranquility. I was able to bring my dog, who had a great time, and the pool water was super warm at any time—even at 10:00 p.m. you could be in the pool, and it felt wonderful (which is hard to find in Cabo). Mary provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including towels, toilet paper, and even shampoo. The kitchen was superbly equipped with a blender, oven, microwave, toaster, and a highly functional washing machine. In short, nothing bad to say about this house; we had a great time.

If you go with family or friends it is a super quiet place to hang out, close to supermarkets and 15 minutes from the port🫶🏻

really a nicely laid out house. the pool area was great for relaxing but also had upper patio which was nice for early morning breakfast or late night eats. comfortable beds. clean

Excellent service, he was always attentive and his house is in very good condition, the accommodation is a little far from downtown but very well located!! My family and I would definitely come back

I think it's a great place with all the amenities. It just takes a long time to answer, the air conditioning broke down on the 1st day and that room was unusable.
