Our stay was mixed The location was central but incredibly private with a lovely garden and pool. To sit on the patio and enjoy the morning parade of wildlife through the garden including Mumu the coati was gorgeous .Easy walking access to central Samara , laundry next street However facilities very basic minimal kitchenware no supplies even salt and pepper bathroom grungy couldnt use cupboards to put things in as grimy/ rusty/dank. Aircon excellent . Friendly and helpful Denise greeted us and gave advise on local area Our first destination in CR so perhaps suffering from grander expectations reflective of AirBNB standards in other countries

Nice house very well located (2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Samara), secure plot with layout and beautiful pool, very quiet despite the proximity to the city center, lacks a little maintenance and convenience (no toaster, very small kitchen, etc.), the worst is the invasion of ants inside the house (not a few, rather hundreds everywhere), if the ants do not bother you, I recommend. Our stay was still memorable.

This is a great location and the grounds and pool are well kept. The place is very modest without a lot of amenities. The kitchen was a bit dirty and we didn’t cook at all or want to because of the ants. Luckily, it’s so close to town, there are many options for eating out. The lighting could be better as there isn’t really anywhere to read, sit comfortably in the living area, or hang out. The porch and garden was the best part of the whole experience. Easy check in, secure, and everyone was very nice. Samara was a great little beach town.
