The house is perfect. We went on a family trip and had a great time. It has everything you need, is very comfortable, and the rooms are perfect. All have a private bathroom. We would definitely come back, and I highly recommend it. Moy, the host, was always attentive and available for anything.

Lovely house for a large group. The bedrooms are quite big, the photos don’t do them justice. There is aircon in every room, which is definitely needed in the Mexican heat. Checking in was easy and communication was great, no issues and a lot of flexibility! The kitchen is big and well equipped. You can definitely find any amenity needed for your stay, including speakers! I would say the house is about 20-25 min walk from the entrance, which can be quite harsh to walk in the heat. The compound staff are not the friendliest and won’t let Ubers and private cars in. We could tell the house had been cleaned but we found a few cockroaches in the bedrooms and bathroom, so would recommend fumigating the property.

The experience was very good. There were 9 of us, and the house turned out to be ideal for large groups, with spacious, comfortable, and well-laid-out areas. The area is a big plus: very quiet, safe, and well-maintained, perfect for rest and relaxation. You really enjoy the privacy and the setting, which really adds to the stay. As for the house, it is well-appointed and allows you to spend a few very comfortable days. While there are some minor improvements possible, such as the number of beach chairs or the regulation of the showers, they did not significantly affect our experience. The location within Playacar is nice; although it's not right in the center (about 30 minutes from 5th Avenue), this also means more peace and quiet and less noise. We happened to be there during a period with a lot of sargassum, which is something unrelated to the property, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. All in all, it's a great option for families or large groups.

Gorgeous home steps from the beach. This house is lovely with everything you need in a safe and beautiful gated community. We had a great time here.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Every odd request or dumb question i asked was quickly answered with thoughtfulness and precision. The hosts could not have been more perfect! Home was amazing and accurately described and very convenient to everything you wanna do when visiting Mexico. Air conditioning WAS ON POINT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND their house and hospitality! Gracias!!

Great spot in the perfect location in Playa Car. 2 min walk to the beach. House is huge so it’s a great place for a size-able group or family. We come to Playa often so will be back!

Loved saying at Moy’s home and communication with Moy. The home is a very short distance to the beach and 15 min walk to the shopping areas. Taxis are easy to fetch. The security is strong with constant surveillance but not sure how necessary that is since Playa del Carmen is safer than most US cities. Anyways, it makes you feel more comfortable when traveling abroad. Highly recommend this home.
