Jan

Jan is a wonderful host fluent in both English and Spanish. The house is gorgeous, the pool is refreshing. A wonderful retreat from galavanting around town. We'd stay here again.

A good place to stay in a great location from which you can do a lot of things. The garden is beautiful, and there is a lot to discover. Every evening, you can see a fantastic sunset from there, provided you are back at the property by around 6:00 p.m.;). We had a great time staying there and would be happy to recommend this place!

Very nice and responsive host. Felt safe and right at home. Big unit with 2 bathrooms. Full equip pool with amazing view. Would be back and recommend.

Excellent place to enjoy nature, rest and close to places of interest. The view and pool are very nice and Jan is very friendly.

Jan's place is a dream. Very comfortable, surrounded by nature, pool and an amazing sunset view. Being in the house itself we saw monitos! She was super friendly and helpful. I recommend it!

We found Jan's house architecturally and in terms of location exceptionally appealing and likeable. The view from the patio with the swimming pool is breathtaking and the generosity of the living situation delighted us. On our trip and also during my 4 month stay in Costa Rica I did not get to know a nicer and more comfortable accommodation A real highlight!. It was enriching and a great pleasure getting to know Jan. We felt like we were staying with friends and yet being private, an ideal constellation.

The listing of Jan’s place does not do it justice. We tried to find one flaw and honestly couldn’t ( unless you count the monkeys didn’t visit ). The room is well maintained. The view is breathtaking, and I really enjoyed visiting with her and her dogs. Jan, thanks again and we hope to see you again soon!

Brilliant is what comes to mind first. Jan was super friendly, helpful and a great communicator. The view is spectacular with stunning sunsets. We had breakfast with the squirrel monkeys, green parrots and iguana right outside our door. The place is secure, comfortable and a short drive to endless adventures. The maintenance man Harry is a gem. He so kindly helped us get our flat tire fixed! You can’t go wrong here, unless of course you hate dogs. We loved them so it was a bonus for us. We’ll be back for sure.
