⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay! The villa was absolutely beautiful—exactly as advertised and even better in person. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our group had everything we needed. The level of hospitality truly made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and professionally. If you're looking for a beautiful villa with outstanding service, I highly recommend staying here. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be booking with them again the next time we're in the area. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Stayed May 22-25th 2026 for a bachelorette party with 19 people. If this property is on your short list, go ahead and book it! Yaremis was immediately helpful in giving us information about the property as well as recommendations for activities and contacts for support. Every recommendation she gave us was a hit! We especially loved Claudio who provided us with transportation, Adrian who came and decorated one of our villas to welcome to bride-to-be, and Chef Lauro from Daveed Chef Service who came and prepared an intimate dinner that was honestly the best food we had the entire trip! Hands down would book this property again. I thought finding a place for 19 people was going to be a challenge and feel lucky this villa was available. Only minor issues were the oven in one of the villas was not working and hot water ran out quickly. But honestly it was so hot we liked the cold showers and other than the dinner, we were eating out most days. Also, the pots and pans need updating.

PARADISE!

We hosted our annual leadership retreat with a bunch of my clients and had the BEST time. The villa is located right in the heart of La Veleta. Cute shops, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Quiet and relaxing and very easy to get a cab into downtown area or over to the beach. We will definitely return in the future. 🙏

Came here for my Bach trip and had the most wonderful time! The house was beautiful and clean and the host was so accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful place! Tons of space and great location. My bachelor party group of 12 had an absolute blast for the weekend. Washrooms in each bedroom are so nice and the space is massive. Could’ve fit way more people. Also situated in a really nice neighborhood of La Veleta - tons of stuff nearby. Yaremis also helped me arrange for groceries and transport

We loved our stay at the Villa over Christmas! Yaremis was so helpful in ironing out some of the details - ordering groceries, finding restaurants open on Xmas, having flowers ready for an 80th birthday. We also loved the location - just 2 blocks away from quiet Calle 7 with many restaurants, bars and shops. Be sure to stop by Holistika for great breakfasts.

Our stay was amazing! Our host was incredibly available, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. She made everything feel easy, from check-in to recommendations around Tulum. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better. Amazing spot. Great host.

We were a group of 18 that get together yearly. This was our first time using an Airbnb vs. resort and we loved it. We were able to have fun together without the interruptions of resort life. We loved the pool. And that everyone was able to have their own space. Yaremis connected us with transportation that we utilized throughout our entire stay which was good for our large group. We also enjoyed the local stores and bar/club that was walkable from the property.
