This place was a great last minute booking to enjoy a week of warm weather.

I stayed for two weeks, this place is very spacious, clean and its location makes it easy to get back and forth, the neighbors are very warm too, it is a small residence near the large surfaces to shop in, it feels at home and safe, only notice, the pool shared with all, which lacks a vacuum cleaner to clean the bottom. But the water remains very clean. A little cushion was waiting for my little dog who was staying with me, kindly attentive. A much appreciated washing machine and to improve your Spanish an impressive TV program. Thank you again for this stay, oh yes... very much appreciated to be able to stay late late afternoon before the plane at 10 p.m. on the day of departure.

Location is very convenient, you have a deli one block away and a mall right in front of the house

The best Airbnb experience we've had so far, we loved it. The location is very good, the malls and supermarkets are nearby as well as easy access to the tourist area. The beds are very comfortable and the place is super quiet, occasionally you can hear children playing but they are grandchildren of the neighbors who visit.

Maria Dolores was the host I wish you could always have. We were in Cancun on Hurricane Delta day, just that day was our flight back to the Edomex and it was canceled a few hours earlier. At that time we had to get where to get to the hurricane and thankfully we ran to her and her apartment. The stay is beautiful and very clean. In addition to the house, she was always looking out for us, she gave us some bottles of water so the one we had was not going to reach us to get through the emergency, she took us a toaster oven, took me and my family in her van to the house and in the same way she was going to take us to the airport, finally a taxi we contacted days before arrived and Maria no longer had to move but she was there, ready to help us at all times. The neighbors were also super attentive, they gave us hot soup for my baby and helped us warm up some water to bathe. Despite the emergency, we felt safe and cared for at all times. I highly recommend this stay on your next visit to Cancun. What I describe here is little to the way we felt at that time

The apartment is very nice and super clean. It has an excellent location, across the avenue there is a shopping center and supermarkets. We'd love to come back!
