Everything was beyond the expectation. The house is located in calm place, it is tidy, lovely view, helpful host. I definitely love to go back to stay at the place.

We loved staying here! Very safe area, took Uber everywhere. Place was clean and well stocked, condo building had great security and friendly. Restaurants nearby all great to eat at and grocery store was walkable distance. Close to town centre and beaches

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. BBQ was immaculate, balcony had a pleasant view of harbor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Hoping to visit again. Loved it

This is our 4th time staying at this condo. We love this place. If you are looking to enjoy Cabo, but also want a quiet, peaceful, safe place, to retreat from the downtown hustle and bustle, this is it. Somehow it feels both opulent yet homie at the same time. The pool and sunning area is big, beautiful and never crowded. The on-site gym is large and has an adequate amount of cable machines, barbells, benches, treadmills and elliptical machines to allow for an efficient workout. Spending the mornings and the evenings on the balcony is irresistible because of the morning sun and the evening sunsets. Private security is on the premises 24 hours a day. They are watchful but also friendly. We have zero safety concerns. Yahaira, the host is service oriented. She is friendly and professional. She grew up in the area and knows all the right places and people to make your stay extra special. If you are looking for pointers, her recommendations are spot on. We'll be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A few great restaurants were within walking distance, and it was a quick, easy ride to downtown. The location felt safe and convenient for exploring the area. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again! Thanks to Gustavo, Yahaira and Antonio for making our stay wonderful!

This condo was very modern with high ceilings that made the space feel spacious. The balcony with its floor to ceiling glass sliders was an amazing detail. We enjoyed a lot of time with the sliders open letting the fresh breeze. You can see the sea of cotrez and the iconic arches from the property. This area is quickly being developed so there was some unexpected construction noise during the day. Thankfully, it did not affect our stay as we spent most the days exploring and doing outside activities. The construction noise was always done when we returned in the evenings. We did need to close the sliders to minimize dust from the construction from blowing in but even that was minimal. We enjoyed cooking and spending time in this beautiful condo. The pool was refreshing after a hot day exploring but note that the jacuzzi is not heated. We really appreciated that Haira came to greet us, answer questions, and give us great recommendations! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It had a great time at Gus’s place. It’s in one of the posh locality which is close to Los Cabos yet far from the crowd. The view from the balcony is amazing. We felt right at home the moment we entered and had all the basic amenities to make our week stay comfortable. Would recommend this place and will love to come back again.

Loved the place and I loved the location. The only downfall I’d say that would make the place a 4.9 instead of a 5 would have to be that there was no drinking water. After a long day and decent amount of traveling, we would have loved having drinking water available. This has typically been the case when we rent out air bnb in Mexico! Other than that, Gus was responsive, helpful and a great host! The place was beautiful and had everything else we needed. Great stay and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Isabel greeted us with a wonderfully warm welcome. She not only showed us around the apartment and its amenities but also shared her favorite local spots and the best places to get meat for grilling. The beds were incredibly comfortable—I even had to set five alarms to make sure I didn't oversleep! The balcony views are breathtaking, and the provided binoculars made them even more enjoyable. The facility is new and though there was some daytime construction, it was barely noticeable. The clubhouse was fantastic, boasting everything from amazing gym equipment to a warm pool and a game room for both kids and adults. The gentlemen at the front gate were also extremely kind and helpful. This peaceful area is perfect for a relaxing stay, though maybe not ideal for party-goers. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it to everyone!
