David’s place was great and his host Marlon was super helpful. Avalon is the perfect place to stay in San Jose. Has a beautiful pool with an incredible view. The restaurant also serves great food as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been back to this unit in particular at Avalon Country Club because I love it. It has the best view and I really enjoy sitting with my coffee looking at the mountains and the sky. The pool is incredible. There’s a restaurant on property which is so convenient and the food is actually quite good with many options. The beds in the unit are comfortable. I used to mezzanine area as an office space for my virtual calls. internet is great, kitchen is well stocked, shower pressure is good. The place could be pretty spectacular with some remodeling and decor changes but, for the money and given the beautiful amenities and grounds, I really like staying at this unit.

Comfortable beds, amazing view, incredible grounds with an awesome pool with a restaurant which makes for relaxing and convenient days lounging at the pool. A well-stocked Airbnb for longer stays as many are sparsely stocked more like a hotel but this has the kitchen supplies for longer stays. I liked it so much we decided to come back to stay again. Resort style living in the city.

5 stars! We were staying 1 month and it is really very well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen, washer and dryer. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Storage space and a very comfortable living room with an amazing armchair. It also has an office space which is very convenient. Marlon, our host, was quick to answer and solve any inconvenience we had. The complex is super beautiful, it has a gym, swimming pool, restaurant and even a Coworking area. Would definitely go back.
