This was the second place I stayed at after being in West End for 2 weeks. This place was spectacular. Given that the weather was less than ideal, I was very glad to have such a cozy and comfortable place to go to after my day of diving or just exploring. Colleen and Jennifer were very prompt in their response to questions and very kind as well. Check out is normally 10am but I asked if I could stay until noon. I had planned to stay on the beach from 10 until noon, but the weather was uncharacteristically bad. No way I could stay on the beach for 2 hours. They answered me quickly with a very generous acceptance for me to stay until noon. Made the world of difference to me to be indoors and comfortable while waiting for my taxi. Thank you so much for your kindness and for sharing such a wonderful place. Being on the beach and being able to enjoy beautiful sunsets, made an otherwise poor weather holiday fantastic! If I return here, this is where I would stay. Thank You!!

great location in West Bay on the beach. condo was awesome for family of four . plenty of space . air conditioning works well. easy access to the beach and snorkeling. hosts were very welcoming.

This condo lived up to our high expectations, having admired it from the beach on previous visits. Comfortable inside and out, with supplies for everything from coffee to sunscreen. The patio furniture was comfortable for shade and cocktails, while there were plenty of loungers for time on the sand. The staff (Gustavo: manager, and Jerry in security) were friendly, efficient, and supported us in every way. The WiFi in the area was inconsistent for a day or two, and Gustavo was quick and persistent in contacting the company until everything was functional again. Colleen was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests that came up, and always followed up to be sure any issue was resolved to our satisfaction. It is very clear she lives up to the title of “Super Host”. We also loved that this stretch of beach was hardly impacted by crowds even when there were several large cruise ships in port. Location is convenient to the best snorkeling, the boat dock, and favorite restaurants.

Beautiful condominium just steps from the ocean and good swimming and snorkeling. Walkable to many restaurants and bars, with easy access to water taxis for exploring other parts of the island. A marvelous place!

I love that place

Simply amazing! We loved everything about our stay. Colleen and Jennifer went above and beyond in the communications, recommendations, insights, and efforts to ensure our stay was a good one (it was!). The property was well-equipped, and there wasn't a single time we felt we needed anything. Our hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and kind and made us feel right at home. We rarely find gems, and the combination of the property, location, and hosts makes this a 10/10. I can't wait to return, and thank you, Jennifer and Colleen. It's left an indelible mark on our hearts.

What a great place to find your peace and relaxation. You can do it all or nothing at all here. It’s private enough that you don’t have to deal with West Bay if you don’t want to. But it’s right there at your doorstep if you want it. The property manager and hosts were amazing from the time I booked it to check out. Great communication and very friendly. I will be looking to make a return trip here again.

Location, Location, Location! Everything is just as shown on listing and as described in other reviews. We especially enjoyed sitting on the raised patio (which was shaded most of the day) facing the beautiful beach and turquoise water. There is great snorkeling right off the beach, a short walk to the west on the beach, past the nearby boat dock.

What an awesome condo! Actually, much nicer than the photos would indicate. The space is huge! Crazy how close you are to the water. At high tide, the ocean is 20 steps away from your back door! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Colleen!

Colleen's place is amazing - spacious, clean and modern, it is incredibly close to the beach. It's hard to imagine that you could be much closer! The beach is beautiful and Colleen's place is close to water taxis, beachside restaurants and activity kiosks. At the same time, the beach in front of Colleen's is not overly busy--the perfect mix of convenience and privacy.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Coral Sands complex and second time in this unit. The first time in this unit was back in 2019 while it was under another management company. Colleen has since taken it over and updated the decor and furniture. It had some issues with the AC that have been fixed and it is the best. Something that most people don't know is that it is one of 5 condos in the property that has access to the power generator. One day most of West Bay lost power for 6-hours and we didn't even feel it. There is no better property on West Bay in my opinion and us coming back proves it. It is specially good if you have kids as they are just steps from the ocean. The security guards also help put tanning chairs out for you on the beach. Top notch condo.
