Remy was an exceptional host , very responsive and friendly, goes above and beyond, and is readily accessible for any help needed. The location is prime, upstairs to the main top restaurants and amusement in PDC. Feels very safe. This stay is definitely adult friendly because of the many stairs and surrounding noises like mentioned. The upper level rooms were spacious, but maybe a single person can use the downstairs room. Thank you for having us!

Very dirty, dirty floors, old armchairs and a lot of dust. The bed linens were dusty and itchy, and the blankets stink like they haven't been washed in a long time. We didn't use them. All 3 bedrooms were the same.

Overall, our stay was great, and the location is hard to beat if you want to be within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and everything downtown has to offer. However, the noise was much worse than we expected. It wasn’t just typical city noise—it was extremely loud every night, often continuing until around 4 AM. After long days, we had to wear AirPods just to be able to fall asleep. If you’re planning to enjoy the nightlife and stay out late, the location is ideal. But if you plan to get to bed before 4 AM, be prepared for significant noise.

The house looked exactly like the photos, amazing view, 5th avenue is right downstairs, beach is a block away. Owner responded to all of our questions quickly, will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was enjoyable, great location! Can be a bit loud due to its location, but if you want to be central to everything on 5th Ave, this place is it!

Excellent location. There is parking one block away from the place. Very good communication with the host If your plan is to party and have everything at hand, it's the perfect place It also has privacy

My husband and I had a great stay. Everything was private, all you needed to bring was the vibes. It’s very loud and lively every day. The host was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly we felt safe. I definitely recommend.
