We had a great family weekend break at the house. We loved that it is located in a secure gated area , which allowed us to walk our dog at night. Property was so spacious and confortable considering we take our medium size dog with us. We enjoyed the papaya and the crackers. The pool and the garden were great. Daniel was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Excellent place as an initial base close to the airport. We relaxed by the pool and then explored San Jose from here before heading off for the rest of Costa Rica.

Beautiful house and excellent location

Daniel and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was a little tricky to find at first, as Google Maps didn’t pinpoint the exact location, but once we arrived, it was perfect for our needs. It’s just a 15-minute walk to INCAE, which was super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and being inside a gated community gave us complete peace of mind when it came to security. The home offered plenty of space to relax and hang out, and while it technically only has two bedrooms, which made privacy a bit of a challenge for our group of four, it was still a great place to stay overall.

This place was a great start to our trip. It was huge! The night view of the city was gorgeous, as are the grounds. The pool was great and the landscaping was top notch. The basket of pineapple and crackers was a great snack after our late arrival. It was just what we needed. We stayed for one night before we left for La Fortuna. If I was staying in the area longer, I would have been very happy with this choice. I would definitely stay again. The property was very secure in the gated area. It also had some nice sodas (local restaurants) nearby where we enjoyed an awesome breakfast before getting on the road. We also couldn’t resist one last swim in the awesome pool. : )

Luxurious and large! Plenty of space for a large group and peaceful as well. The location was quiet and secure within a gated community. The view was stunning from the balcony. Everything was amazing about this place. Can’t say enough good things and Daniel was a tremendous host.

Excellent, really the whole stay was very good. We don't know how to thank Daniel and Mrs. Alice for their attention. The treatment they gave us was very successful and special, and especially with respect to my mother, an elderly adult almost 90 years old, it was something special. It was a good night in Family union, where the place gave us a lot of peace, tranquility; the beautiful house. Daniel is a very attentive and super friendly person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place simply a great blessing to have been there with the beings I love the most.

The location of the house is very close to the GAM however upon arrival it feels a tranquility and peace in place. Daniel was a super host who was aware of any questions we had. I would come back without thinking.

Great place, pool was great Tranquility and peace incomparable if what is sought is to rest, and only 40 minutes from San José. Daniel is always attentive to any query, which gives one a lot of peace of mind as a guest. We'll definitely be back.

Daniel as host is a great person and very helpful, the villa is super big with all the comforts needed and even more! An area to rest and enjoy as a family; the huge pool and the pet has fun too!

We fell in love with this place, super close to the GAM but at the same time it feels like being away. Excellent for a weekend getaway to disconnect for a little while. The spacious and beautiful suuuuper house, each space is cozy. It had everything you needed. The truth is that the photos don't do it justice, it's a lot nicer in reality. We are already looking forward to coming back, thank you very much Daniel for everything!

Communication with Daniel was fluid and simple. He answered my doubts regarding the house and tried to meet the requirements he sought. The house is huge, comfortable, stylish and comes with everything you need for your use and enjoyment. The pool is big and the area enjoys a warm temperature. An excellent option if you are from San Jose and you don't want to handle much.
