Amazing place! it is right on the beach, very comfortable for a big group, has a some amenities to take to the beach, peaceful, quiet. The kitchen in the main house as all you need to cook, but you can also go to Los Barriles if needed. Antonio is right there in the property for any assistance.

The property matches the photos and description. It's a bit old now, but it's well maintained. It's quite large, with many comfortable and well-equipped spaces for several guests. It is by the ocean, although you do need to go down a steep ramp to access the beach and some parts of the property. The support staff took care of any issues that arose during the stay. They are almost exact about the check-out time. Ten minutes before, they were already asking us to leave as soon as possible.

Wonderful location. We were a family of 10. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool and beach. The house is nice with plenty of room for large groups. It was not as clean as it should be and there are stairs and a steep sidewalk that takes you down below to the pool and beach. We had to drive around to get to the beach due to the steep sidewalk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Buenavista has an incredible ocean, and the house is oceanfront. The facilities must have been very good a few years ago; now, I think they need some maintenance and some of the furniture needs to be updated, but we had a very enjoyable family weekend. I would only advise people with back or hip problems not to consider it as an option, because the main house is high up and the access ramp is somewhat steep.

This house is truly spectacular. The beach feels like an aquarium, with incredibly clear and beautiful water. The property is warm and welcoming, very spacious, and thoughtfully designed with perfect areas to relax, move around freely, and enjoy a wonderful weekend. The staff who manage the house are attentive and kind, making the stay even more pleasant. The property also features a lovely pool and a jacuzzi, ideal for unwinding, as well as a great barbecue area to enjoy special moments with friends and family.

Great place with plenty of privacy. It would be great for a multi family retreat or just if you want a lot of space. Right on the beach with views of Los Barriles and Punta Colorado. Great sunrise. Truly a great escape.

The house was clean and beautiful. We brought our own snorkels and were able to see hundreds of different colorful fish, puffer fish, and octopus and we saw lots of whales passing by! The house attendant, Antonio was very helpful but be aware Sunday is his day off and he spends at the church so if you need the jacuzzi it must be turned on before he goes. The downstairs and outdoor bathroom had major sewage smells so they were locked and then it was fine. We walked los Barriles in 45 min and there are many restaurants. We also rented a car and 4 wheelers and it was so fun going around the area. It’s an amazing location—-especially snorkeling! Thank you.

We had a fantastic time!! Off the beaten path and in the PERFECT location for beach access or quick trips into town. We had ample parking as well for the ATVs we rented. Everyone was comfortable and in awe of the beautiful views. We held our small wedding / getaway weekend here with close family and we could not have chosen a more perfect location. We didn't want to leave!! I would 1000% return!
