All the services were great, and the beach was right in front of us.

Excellent place to stay; it’s huge, super comfortable, and has everything you need. There’s air conditioning in every room, and it’s so big that you can’t hear the noise from the other rooms. It has enough bathrooms for the number of people it can accommodate, and the hot water never runs out even if 3 people shower at the same time. If I come back to Cancún with a large group, I would definitely stay there again. The host was super friendly, helped us with everything we needed, recommended local places, and was super flexible with check-in times. The place doesn’t have a dishwasher, and the pans are a bit old, so they’re hard to wash, but if you don’t cook, it’s perfect.

This house was beautiful specially for its wonderful views of the ocean and pool. I wish we could have spent more time at the home. Loved all the rooms. Just threw me off that they never specified hours for the pool. We came to the pool after 10 without making noise and we got a complain about it. Other than that it was beautiful home to spend vacation in. Ocean is breathtaking!

This house is amazing! We stayed here with our friends for a wedding and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean, the housekeeping staff and neighborhood security were very friendly and kind, the beach is just steps away from the back door, and the views can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property. Our family had such a great time staying there. The pool was perfect. 2 min walk to the beach. We defiantly to plan to visit again.

An incredible house, the best house I've ever washed on airbnb, daily cleaning service included (Liz is an excellent person and excellent doing her work), the house has everything, the kitchen is very complete, the pool is very close to the house. The pool is shared but we only had to see that the neighbors used it once. The beach is beautiful, the lawn is super pruned. It's time to rent it again Thank you very much for all the group that coordinates this property

I can't say too much about how amazing this spot is. The beach is only shared by a few houses and hard to access by anyone else so it is never crowded, the pool is beautiful and the house itself is wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic stay

We loved the house. It was everything it was advertised to be. We didn’t have any problems with the neighbors at all. The private beach was amazing. It was close to shopping and a lot of attractions. There was a bus stop 50 yards from the front door which would make transportation easy but we had a rental car and liked the fact that we could park right at the house. The only thing that surprised me was there was no dishwasher. It wasn’t a big deal for us to hand wash the dishes but you should definitely have a heads up if you’re a big group. I read so many listings that by the time I booked this one I just overlooked it.
