This apartament is great. Walking distance from the beach club, Felipe Motta and Mansa restaurant. Very comfortable with private bathroom in each room and spotless cleaned. Kitchen has all you need. We had an amazing week with my family. Claudia is very responsive and friendly, and provided all necessary details and instructions in advance. I will for sure rent this property again.

The place is perfect for a few days in Buenaventura. It is located in the Puntarenas complex, just a few minutes walk from the beach club and steps from shops and restaurants. Claudia was a super host. We had a plumbing inconvenience and she assisted us extremely quickly and could be resolved in a few minutes with her help. This apartment is totally recommended.

Very cozy , spacious apartment with a very well equipped and comfortable kitchen. Quiet. Could rest quietly. Close to beach, pool, restaurants , etc

Claudia apartment is fine, comfortable and spacious. However, the air conditioners do not work well (they turn off) and the bathroom in a room was not working. Claudia was also too uncompromising and inconsiderate when I tried to negotiate with her for days to suspend or postpone the trip because of the complicated political situation that Panama is experiencing. He declined, he had me contact airbnb (which was impossible) to fix, he made me ask for the refund through airbnb and then deny it, I did not propose anything. We arrived and were not noted at the entrance and from that moment on, she never responded to me. The apartment has no guide, nothing! It was very unpleasant to deal with her. Even though the apartment is fine, I would not rent anything to Claudia again.

Hola Carolina! Los aires funcionan perfectamente creo que a lo mejor tuvistes probablemente regulando la temperatura con el sistema Nest. Lástima que no tuve conocimiento de esto durante tu estadía para poder guiarte. Sobre el baño tampoco lo reportaste durante tu estadía, ya que hay un plomero en sitio para solucionar esos problemas. No considero haber sido intransigente, te di opciones de cuando el apt estaba disponible para que cambiarás la fecha de estadía, pero ninguna te funcionaba. Pudiste ingresar al apt antes de la hora indicada por consideración a la situación que se estaba viviendo en ese momento. Las políticas de cancelación de Airbnb están en la información antes de hacer la reserva y en ningún momento falte a ellas. Decidistes a último minuto que siempre si ibas a hospedarte y me enviastes la información de registro necesaria a último minuto la cuál se envío enseguida para tu ingreso. Todos los días previos a tu check-in nos comunicamos varias veces y te envié la guía necesaria para tu estadía en el apt. Y te había informado que cualquier inconveniente me informarás y nunca mas durante la estadía me contactaste con alguna pregunta o para reportar algún inconveniente. Es una lástima que a pesar de tratar de ayudarte en lo que pude, solamente por negarme a cancelar la reserva hayas decidido escribir en un review información incorrecta. Igualmente estoy agradecida por tu estadía y que hayan podido disfrutar del apartamento durante todos los días que estuvieron en el apt.

The area is very nice, full of nature with a lot to do. The condominium has great amenities like the pool and stores around. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It was better than I expected 😁 The communication with Claudia was very good using direct messaging and she was able to answer my questions very fast. Thank you Claudia and I hope to come back with my family soon!

Claudia's place is excellent. Not only the apartment as such, which is modern and comfortable but also the equipment of it, which is very complete, which makes one miss nothing and feel at home. We also received it very well updated, which is appreciated. We traveled like a baby and Claudia provided us with a crib and eating chair. If you have any concerns or concerns, Claudia has had, she responded immediately. The location is excellent, close to the Beach Club and the central square of the Puntarena complex. In short, highly recommended for a pleasant stay at Buenaventura Golf.

The place was great. Super well equipped and clean. Near the beach club and the local restaurants and market. Claudia was very on top of things, and the place is very family and kid friendly.

The apartment is very nice, well furnished and very nice, plus the resort amenities are excellent. We really had a great time and Claudia responds quickly to the messages. Our friends who visited Panama loved and extended the stay. The only drawback was when getting the keys to the apartment, better coordinate in advance if Claudia is traveling and will arrive after 5 pm sharp.

Very good place , well-equipped and excellently located. There were 2 drawbacks: 1) with the blind curtains that could not be lowered in 2 of the rooms. 2) permanent noise from an extractor in the bathroom of 2 of the rooms. Day and night. For the rest, the apartment is very nice.
