This was such a fantastic stay for our family vacation... We had tons of room...both indoors and out... for 13 of us, including a toddler and infant. Response was immediate to any questions. Martha and her crew were the best!! The location was excellent...we were able to get to several beautiful beaches by golf cart. Restaurants and bars in the area were great. We would 100% return:)

It was my family’s second time staying at this property and I am sure it won’t be the last. It feels like a home away from home. And the views are amazing. The renovations were a pleasant surprise. And always great to have Martha around to give us a helping hand when needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Miramar. Martha, Jazmine, and John made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. The views are spectacular and the rooms are spacious. Playa Flamingo, Playa Conchal, and Tamarindo (30 minutes away) provided us with a variety of beaches and the opportunity to explore.

Our family had a fabulous vacation here. The pool area and view were simply amazing! Martha prepared many of our meals and they were delicious, to say the least. Her and Jasmine are so kind and helpful. The house is very clean and spacious, which kept us all very comfortable. Jennifer helped us booked our shuttles to and from the airport as well as helped us book our activities, and a rental golf cart. Without a doubt we will recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation in Costa Rica!!

Great place to stay if you want privacy and quiet time in Playa Flamingo. Not as busy and active as Tamarindo but a nice slow pace. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa Miramar was a perfect place to host a large group! The pictures are accurate but don't do it justice. There it was plenty of space for hanging out. The pool was very nice and had stunning views of the Pacific and mountain sunsets. The tiles around the pool are very slippery so be careful. It was clean and spacious with private access. The hospitality of Jennifer was second to none she offered to pick up groceries for us prior to us getting there. We had a fridge full of food which was clutch after a long day of travel. We also had a member that arrived late due to a canceled flight. She not only went and got him from the airport, he bought him lunch, and drove him back to catamaran ride that we were slated to be on. I highly recommend opting in for the cook to cook meals for your group. Our cook was phenomenal. She was timely with her meals and they were delicious. It was really nice not having to cook after being out. We loved and totally recommend this place!

Great house and vacation! We traveled with a group of 13 adults- there was plenty of space for everyone. Hosts were so helpful with booking everything (golf carts, airport transportation, excursions) and Martha’s cooking was fantastic! Definitely recommend!!

Out group of 12 loved our stay at Casa Miramar! The house was spectacular and the views breathtaking. Martha’s cooking was one of the highlights of our trip. We are so grateful to have gotten to know she and her sister Jasmine. We rented golf carts for our stay (through Chip) which made exploring Playa Flamingo, Surfside, and Brasilito/Conchal all the easier. Wonderful stay!

Casa Miramar exceeded all expectations and Jenn and Chip could not have been better hosts! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and its location is accessible to amenities, yet private at the same time. The private beach (that is steps away) was our favorite beach in Costa Rica and Amigos down the street was one of our favorite frequented lunch spots. Before our trip, Jenn answered a lot of questions via zoom and provided us with a ton of information. It was nice having a point of contact when visiting somewhere far from home. Unfortunately during our stay, members of our group came down with a stomach bug while traveling to CR. Because we were getting sick one after another, I was constantly texting Jenn to change the timing and headcount for our activities. She could not have been more accommodating and was so kind to me even though I’m sure it was a pain for her. The nearby Marina had a clinic that helped us tremendously and Jenn even offered to have a doctor come to the house

Thanks to Jennifer and Chip we had an amazing vacation at CR. The place was spacious and comfortable. The view and the pool was amazing. It has a close by beach which I highly recommend. Martha, the housekeeper, made us feel at home. Her meals were delicious.

Casa Miramar is a beautiful location in the area of Playa Flamingo, Playa Portrero and Brasilito. Nice beaches and several activities to do. The very new and upcoming Marina is beautiful and all your water sports are right there. Casa Miramar is a perfect location for these activities. House is very spacious and plenty of room for 11 of us. I highly recommend Marta cook a few meals. They are amazing and after a full day of excursions, her meals are spot on. Lots of areas to run of you’re a runner. I was able to explore a lot on foot and I was pleasantly surprised cars were very respectful. I would love to come back in a few years and see what the marina looks like, and would definitely stay at Casa Miramar again. Chip and Jennifer were amazing hosts, answered all my questions, were eager to book anything we wanted to do and responded to any urgent calls I had within minutes.

This was our extended family's second trip to Casa Miramar. Both visits were wonderful. The home is beautiful and has the most amazing views. The bathrooms, while fine before, were recently redone and look great. We spent a lot of time in the pool and shaded outside areas. While the location feels private, it is a short ride in the golf cart to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store. There is also a small beach that is within walking distance. Martha and Jasmine are friendly and do a really nice job of keeping up with things. Having the option to ask Martha to cook meals was helpful, especially on days we were out doing things. Communication with Chip and Jennifer is always fantastic. If we could give them 10 stars out of 5, we would. They are both very responsive to all questions and helped us to arrange transportation, golf cart rental and an assortment of excursions. Their assistance made both trips so easy to coordinate. We highly recommend Casa Miramar.

What a great place! Our family of 17 had an amazing time here! The scenery was amazing. The beaches were great and everything was just as pictures. The best part was having Martha and Jasmine there to cook amazing meals and help us keep the house cleaned up. It was close to amazing beaches and a great catamaran cruise at the marina. Our kids loved crab hunting at night down at the mostly private beach. The driveway was very steep but we had no problems getting out rental cars up and down it. Also the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure Martha had all the groceries we needed for our meals. We hope to be back!

Loved the location and view. Pool area is perfect for hosting 8-10 people. I go to Flamingo often, and will likely stay here again.

Chip was a great host. The place was amazing.
