Very nice place to enjoy near to the beach with family and friends…

Quiet Lugar, comfortable, spacious, close to the beach, perfect for groups of 8 to 9 people. Paul was excellent with us and super attentive.

The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was noted that the hosts take great care of the details. The atmosphere on the property is very relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustling nature. Beautiful sunrise view from the bedrooms. Paul was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to respond to our queries. Location just 15 minutes by car to Jaco downtown and 60 minutes to Manuel Antonio downtown. I 100% recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a few days near the beach, in a quiet and comfortable place.

Overall our stay was good! We had some issues and Paul was very responsive and everything was resolved well! House located in gated community but it felt private. There are a lot of wild life on property (iguanas, butterflies, beautiful bugs, monkey and coati were visited us, many birds) If you wish to wake up with the sound of singing birds it’s the place. We did not rent the car, used Uber, only issue waiting time (from 15-20 minutes) Location: 15 minutes away from Jaco and 3 minutes from Playa Hermosa. We recommend to stay there!

We had a great time. We felt quite comfortable, the house is very spacious and clean, an excellent place to rest and have a good time with the family. Paul is very attentive,he always gave us excellent attention

Everything is very good, the house as shown in the pictures, Paul's excellent treatment and attention. The only thing is that the pool is very deep, but so Paul let me know.

Paul (host ) was very kind and responsive throughout your stay. Always pending for any inquiries and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times. I would certainly go back to this house again.
