I really enjoyed my stay here at the property. It has quite beautiful surroundings with plenty of nature around the property. The pool is just perfect for a morning swim or one after a long day at the beach. The cold plunge is a really nice touch. Everything was neat and organized, and the host was very responsive.

We had an incredible experience staying at Andrew's place in Nosara. Tucked up in the hills, you are away from the constant construction and buzz of the beach and you get to enjoy a tranquil space to relax and retreat to after a day of exploration. The space was comfortable and clean. Andy was a welcoming host and gave us so many great tips around town and really made us feel like we were part of the community. The sunsets and morning views are unbeatable from the comfy outdoor space. Getting down to town was a quick 5 minute drive with ample parking everywhere. If you are renting a car, you NEED 4x4. Parking at Andy's would have been tough without it, and it allowed us to explore so much more of the area that many never see. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Don't miss out.

What a magical stay! Every morning started with a beautiful view and watching wildlife. We enjoyed all the beaches and places to visit with our rented quad, then came home in the afternoon to our pool. Quiet and beautiful. Andy was so helpful in getting us there, recommending places and helping us get back to the airport. Fun to be able to meet the host and connect with him. Thank you Andy for sharing your slice of paradise with us❤️

Andy was an amazing host! He greeted us at the door and brought us out to get something to eat. We were so grateful for that after a long day of travelling. He was quick to respond when we needed something and very kind and helpful. The place is a little gem tucked up on the mountain side with a beautiful view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets each night. We usually stay near the beach but this time we wanted to try the mountains and loved it! Nice breeze, beautiful views, nice and quiet and still close to all the restaurants and beach. Having some mode of transportation is ideal as it’s to hot to walk and Andy does rent out an ATV for a great rate. We chose a car as we did some exploring. We loved the pool, so refreshing and was in it in daily. He has all the creature comforts for a cozy stay like lots of cushions and pillows inside and outsides. Bed was cozy too. Kitchen loaded with all you need. AC in bedroom which was great at night and lots of windows to let in the breeze.

We had a great stay at Andy & Kimmer’s! There was no upstairs rentor so we enjoyed the pool to ourselves and lots of privacy. It was peaceful, quiet and the view is *stunning* - perfect sunset viewing. Location is 5 min from Beach with vehicle. They can arrange ATV to be there for you which was so helpful! The king bed is 2 twin beds put together. Hot water and an outdoor + indoor shower. Can’t recommend more!

We had an awesome stay at Segunda Vida. Incredible view and wildlife sightings from a private outdoor area right next to the refreshing pool. The apartment is super comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed chatting with Andy who has lots of good info about the area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful spot that is very close to surf and the activities of downtown!

If you’re lucky enough to rent Andy’s place do it! The view and sunsets are absolutely incredible. The house is great! very comfortable and peaceful. The downstairs apartment feels like its own privet house and is perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Andy is super friendly and a great host. The team at Vacation Rentals Nosara was also excellent. They took care of everything from transportation to and from the airport as well as having a ATV waiting for me at the house when I arrived. The experience was more like staying in a boutique hotel rather than a typical AirBnB. 5 stars!!

I had a great trip. The place was amazing, the views are to die for. Being up on the mountain is the best place to be in Nosara. It is a quick 5 minutes drive to the beach and the main road. Quiet, peaceful, lots of animals and nature. Andy and Kimmer were very responsive, got to meet Andy in person, great guy. Highly recommend this place.

Location location! Right where you want to be, the view, the pool and area is grand. I’ll be back for sure. Oh did I mention the view!

Accommodation with very beautiful views. Since it is located in the middle of the jungle and away from the hustle and bustle, we were able to watch a lot of animals. By car, you can reach the surf beach of Playa Guiones in 5 minutes. Wave check from the house possible. We would book the place again.
