Flora's service was excellent; she resolved minor issues promptly and accommodated our schedules. The issue with the property is that some walls are made of drywall, and bugs get in through the drywall joints. The street in front of the building is not paved, and you cannot drive your car up the dirt road; it is slippery. It's best to park on the paved street.

The apartment is as described in the listing. We were comfortable, and the area felt safe for walking and strolling with the family. Just one drawback: the apartment is on the 5th floor, and the elevator was out of order for a couple of days. This is completely beyond the host's control, but it was inconvenient when we arrived because we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

My family and I stayed here for a month and we have absolutely no regrets. It was exactly what we had hoped it was be and also exactly what is advertised. The apartment is beautiful, space and comes with a nice view of the city and water. The residence building has a nice rooftop pool, a green yard on a lower floor and a gym on the first floor, as well so really you have enough space to relax. It’s only well situated because it’s only about a 15 minutes stroll to the beach and it’s surrounded by locals and local stores and restaurants. Flora was also very responsive and helpful whenever we needed help. We’ve been to Cabo San Lucas a few times and this was definitely our best stay. Highly recommended.

The condo was perfect with an excellent view, we spent New Year's Eve there and you can see the celebration.

The accommodation is as described and very clean, but the pool did not work and we were not notified. I contacted Flora and she told me that there was another pool upstairs, but it was a lot of stairs to get to it, which made it difficult for me to use it and that is why I disagree with the cost of the accommodation. There was rain and the water puddles in the hallway to the apartment and the floor becomes slippery. Everything else is very good 👍

This place got everything you need. Very spacious, each room coming with its own shower. The view from the rooftop pool has a nice city view. A very short drive to the main strip and beaches. Flora was great, gave quick responses to our questions and needs. Also provided us a contact with a trustworthy taxi driver for our airport pickup.

The Condominium is Fabulous, Super Nice and Clean. Very comfortable, this VIP. Very close to downtown and the Marina. Highly recommended 100/100.

So great! The place was on the top floor of the pool and it was super clean and nice! Totally recommend for staying! It I ssoooo Close to literly everything including the beach and activities was a great choice for us!
