excellent place

Great condo but on very busy road with buses passing frequently.

The apartment is very spacious and very tidy, very clean. It has an excellent location. Walking in the 1 minute at the restaurants and in 5 or at the Club. They have excellent service too. Florence and the building staff were excellent in every aspect. Highly recommended.

I just want to say wow. This place was amazing. It was a perfect location we were 20/30 minutes from cenotes Xcaret and the main attractions in the rivera Maya. The condo it self was very comfy and felt like home. We had 6 kids and they loved it. It has its own pool that kids can enjoy. Very close Resturant’s and most importantly very safe environment. There is security before entering the town and it makes you sleep as if you have no worries. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

This location is AWESOME. Right off the Marina. Great pool, close to Dolphin Discovery, stores, and restaurants. Florencia is amazing. She was the BEST with helping us arrange airport transfers to location and other things we wanted to do. Like 5 star concierge.

Excellent vacation space!

Excellent place

The apartments are very nice and spacious, everything clean, the beds are super comfortable and all the condo workers are very kind. Easy access to restaurants is a great advantage as they have many options and the Dolphinarium around makes the hike pleasant. However, the beach of the Omni hotel is not comfortable because it has too many stones and if you do not pay for the very expensive day pass, you cannot use the beds or chairs and even though we asked, there were no beach clubs, only private condominiums, this was not so comfortable. The beach that corresponds to the condominium is worse, because it is very small, there is no sand but stones, next to it there is a car bridge and there is no service or drinks or food, so it is not pleasant to stay, the only day we were not even the loungers were on is the 3 palapas with which they have. My expectation with the beaches was greater and I really got a disappointment. Who doesn't have beach access, this place is perfect, but who wants an ocean and beach front rest vacation every day, I wouldn't recommend it.

We were four families vacationing together in Mexico and we rented three condos at the Aventuras Club in Placa Aventuras for four nights. The condos are very spacious and comfortable and worked out really well for us. We ate in for several meals and the kitchens were well-equipped. The staff at the Aventuras Club were extremely helpful: Alfredo at the front office was very helpful when we were trying to make arrangements for a yacht/catamaran outing for our group of 14. The cleaning and maintenance staff were also professional. We had a couple of plumbing issues during our stay, and the maintenance staff attended to it quite quickly (there is no staff availability after 5pm and on Sundays). Florencia was very prompt in all her responses to our queries, those made before finalizing the condo reservations as well as during our stay. She checked in with me regularly during our stay to make sure that everything was comfortable. Placa Aventuras itself is also a beautiful location - a self-contained complex that has all the amenities (convenience store, drug store, wine store, nice cafes and bakeries etc.). There is a nice beach within walking distance as well and we watched some beautiful sunrises at the beach! It is also very conveniently located - Tulum and Playa del Carmen are a short drive away, as is the beautiful beach of Akumal. We had rented cars, so getting around was quite convenient for us (not sure about other transportation options for getting around). All in all, we would highly recommend staying at Placa Aventuras for a vacation on the Riviera Maya.

Very good attention, the apartments are well equipped, clean and the staff very attentive, the area is very safe and very pleasant, highly recommended.

This place is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

The place has tooooodo what you need to make your home. The location is in the best of Puerto Aventuras, you have the lagoon in front and the sea a 5 min walk away. The only bad thing, there was no hot water in several of the rooms, and the showers didn't have much pressure. The water in the pool was very, very cold and the jacuzzi didn't serve. We washed this place for the end of our wedding and they were all fascinated, we are definitely back.
