Very comfortable place, clean and good location

Wonderful stay! We were there for 4 night and everything was perfect. The house was quiet, centrally located, close to a super market, and had enough space for my family of 4 to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. The neighbor has a dog that barks like crazy in the mornings, but that was our only complaint. Wonderful stay, and would stay again.

We enjoy staying here because it's close to beaches, restaurants and convenience store, and it's safe and secure. We really like having a well-equiped kitchen with a good-sized fridge, two bedrooms, and a dining/living room. Some things to be aware of: - it's next to a hardware center, so there is noise from that and the construction nearby. - some people living nearby have small dogs that bark occasionally - the house next to the complex has a rooster that crows from 4am until the sun comes up. Pack earplugs. All in all, we really like this place (have stayed twice), and will likely stay again.

Very comfortable apartment, convenient location with a supermarket accross the street and a few blocks from the beach. Great value for your money.

It's a comfortable and nice apartment. It's close to everything, but the place is quiet and quiet. Walking distance from Playa Flamingo and 10 minutes away from other beaches such as Prieta or Danta. It has excellent home made implements. We had a very nice time!

The stay was great, you can visit many beaches nearby such as Playa Danta, Playa Dantita, Flamingo, Brasilito, Conchal and 35 m away is Tamarindo. In the apartment there is everything you need. 100% recommended.

Our stay at Idit’s was amazing! The apartment is comfortable and has everything that you need! Idit is a great host! The only little detail is that the parking is limited but the solution given to us by parking at comaco was useful.

Idit’s place was wonderful. Exactly as described, sparkling clean and a good value for the money. The location across from the Mercado was so convenient. 5 min walk to the beach but a bit longer to the Playa Flamingo beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a nice night here. It's a stylish space with no street noise despite being near the main road through town. There's a super market right across the street, and while we were able to get to the beach and nearby restaurants on foot it required walking on the shoulder of the road. The WIFI wasn't available during our stay, but we survived.

Great stay. Good location. We had a lovely morning walk to the beach. The host helped us arrange travel from the airport and it was timely. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking amenities. It’s simple, clean, and modern.

This was the perfect beach base! Clean and airy and pretty centrally located to the things we wanted to do (beach, diving, food - even a well-stocked store across the street!) . The walls are a bit thin, so it may be worth bringing earplugs or having a white noise app if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was well. Great location, right next to the beach (5-10min) and has a covenient store right up front wich is perfect. Definitely would come back!

The apartament isn’t front beach but is in a very good location, halfway between Brasilito and Flamingo and in front of a super market which is very convenient. The location allows to be on the road to visit nearby beaches. The apartament is confortable, with good air conditioning, good kitchen and the check in was very simple. The car can be left nearby and you don't have to walk much.

Perfect location, close to many beaches. Supermarket nearby is very helpful for any purchase. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few excellent days. Only be careful on the driveway street if you are traveling with a low car, you have to calculate it well but if you manage to pass!

This light, bright and clean, newly renovated apartment is in a convenient area of Playa Flamingo. It’s just a few steps to the grocery store and one of the best restaurants is just around the corner. The sheets and towels were very nice. Adler was very responsive to any questions we had. The neighbors were very kind and we felt very safe. Yes, parking is tight but we had a big SUV and we didn’t have any problem. We will return!

This apartment is beautiful, really clean, nice touches like having water bottles cooling in the fridge, there were lots of towels and extra bed clothes if needed. The location is great, next to the shops, restaurants and bars but far enough of the road for it to be very peaceful.

Amazing place, very convenient location within walking distance to amazing restaurants (try the surf box) and two beaches, spacious, modern, comfortable, safe, fully air conditioned and very well appointed. If you are driving: parking space and entrance are bit tight, but just need to go slow and be careful getting in and out. The host was very attentive, self check-in was super easy and convenient. Great place to stay near Flamingo and Potrero.

The place is very nice, the apartment is super well equipped and the location is very good. We are super grateful to Adler, as due to health problems we had to change the date and we did not have any problems. We recommend it in closed eyes.

It is a good option for family groups between 4 and 6 people. It is very close to beaches such as Flamingo, Brasilito, Conchal and Tamarindo. There is a supermarket less than 10 meters away and within the premises, you will find everything implemented. A very good option.

Great space! High ceilings give the place a modern feel. 3 AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the common area. French press for coffee. 5 min walk to the beach north of the apartment or a 5-6 minute drive to Playa Brasilito. Small grocery store very close, less than a 1 minute walk. Lovely place, recommend it!!

Very clean space with an amazing shower and a great location. Right across the street from a market, a quick walk to the beach and close to lots of activities. We walked to the snorkeling place in less than 5 minutes.... Felt very safe and was very kid friendly.

Good hosts, they helped us with an electric kettle and were always attentive to our queries. Definitely a highly recommended place.

The house is just like the photos, it is in front of a super, within walking distance of the best beaches in the area and excellent restaurants!!

This apartment is SO convenient! It is clean and updated and is exactly as described, should you stay here you will not be disappointed.

The kitchen is great, fridge, cooktop, pans, pots, utencils, plates and glasses. If you drink coffee make sure to take a coffee maker. The shower is awsome. There is also a washing machine, which was very helpful, we washed our swimsuits. Living room is big. We really liked it. Plus there is a supermarket right in front and restaurants steps away.
