My experience with Bryan as a host was excellent; both he and Mr. Alexis were super attentive and willing to help. The perfect place, equipped for the number of people, and exactly as described in the listing. The common areas were a hit: the grill area, the kitchen and living room, the pool; the bedrooms were spacious and very well appointed. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The only thing to note is that the entrance to the Airbnb is a fairly steep ditch, so low-riding vehicles could either get hit or not be able to pass through at all.
It was very pleasant, both Bryan and Mrs. Mary were very friendly and helpful, there is everything you need to enjoy the stay. Recommended

Casa Baula is pretty, there was a need for articles like toilet paper, the terrace was very full of dust and the refrigerator was not cooling downstairs. The house is located on a very dusty street. The lights in the pool were not working. The ranch for the meat was pretty. The spacious rooms.
According to what was paid and expected, only two recommendations for improvement there is a small slope of the floor a small staircase just before starting to climb the steps of the second floor, this is dangerous in which we stick the toes several times when walking. Also put some decal on the windows of the entrance doors of the kitchen as when they are closed they are not distinguished.
We booked the house at the last minute and it didn't feel like it. Everything was ready for our group. The pool was our favorite amenity! Bryan and his team were very attentive and responded quickly to any inconvenience or questions.
It is a beautiful place with many amenities, in case you have a lot of nice things and this house is comfortable, spacious and very warm
House 10 minutes from Playa Nosara and Playa Pelada, comfortable for the number of people we went to.
The place is nice and conveniently located, but they didn't provide the basic amenities of linens, bath towels, toilet paper, and soap. Basic things in a stay.
Casa Baula offers a very suitable space for large family groups, with the availability of a pool that is comfortable to rest at the end of the day. I recommend it...!
We loved the house and the proximity to the beaches and supermarkets, the very attentive guys. Many thanks to Erick who gave us local recommendations.
Very nice house, close to the village and beaches. Everything was as the page says and Mr. Eric who takes care of the house, who lives on the same property but not in the same house, very attentive to any inquiries.
The place is quite comfortable and very clean, the hospitality of the hosts was very good, we had an excellent weekend!
