This is a great place for a family. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful place with everything you might need. Store is 2 minute walk. Marina is 5 minute walk. Do not need a car for the trip.

We have been to this same spot and love the rental and the area will be back next year!

Everything is very accessible, the restaurants, the beaches, the tours, the marina boulevard. Everything is clean and tidy.

It's in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, the accommodation is spacious enough for the family, comfortable beds. Facilities: the pool is a little cold but the jacuzzi is a good temperature. The garden table is a great place to hang out with the family. The only annoying thing that we know is not up to the host is the noise the cats make at night. Very good place!

Great location and great pool. Couple hiccups but Carlos took care of it immediately. I would recommend.

This was our 3rd time staying here. As always this place is absolutely perfect.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. This is our second time staying at this location and will plan more in the near future. Carlos is great to work with. We had an issue with an air conditioner in one room, we contacted Carlos to let him know and within no time the issue was fixed. If your looking for a quite place off the beaten path this is the place.

Carlos place is a great budget friendly stay in the downtown area of Cabo! Just a 1 min walk from a amazing bakery and coffee cafe, and also Italian restaurant. 5-10 min walk to marina. So close to downtown but far enough away to remain a quiet condo. There is construction right behind (has been for at least a year which affected our last air b and b as well) so morning coffees was a bit loud. Condo was spacious for our family of 6. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Condo neighbors were wonderful. Only con to this place was it could be cleaner. There was spray all over walls and ceiling, and just didn't feel clean. We were only given 4 towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. So be prepared to buy some extra essentials. The washer is small and the dryer takes 3 cycles to dry a load of clothing.

Location, location, location!! We have stayed at this location in the past and it is so convenient to the best restaurants and the marina!! Carlos went above and beyond, he was great!! Strongly recommend!!
