The place is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There is a large green area, and the pool is a plus.

Since the area is so remote, there were problems with the internet and we didn't have Wi-Fi for our entire stay. Of course, there is no signal and very little Liberty. (Which is not the host's responsibility, but it is good to keep in mind.) In general, the fauna and flora surrounding the house are very nice. It is a safe area.

We loved staying here. The house was super clean and tidy. Each room has a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. There is a fan and an extra TV in the living room. We loved having a pool just for us. The water is warm, which we liked very much. There's a fire pit, so we roasted marshmallows. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is extremely spacious. There is hot water and good water pressure. It's a bit remote, so you'll definitely need to get there by car. We went during the rainy season, so I do recommend a 4x4. In the dry season, you need at least a high-riding vehicle, since the streets are gravel, there are hills, and they are in poor condition. There are areas that have sunk in, where a low-riding car would get stuck or be damaged a bit. I connected the camera to monitor my baby while he was sleeping, but the internet signal would go out sometimes. It's nothing serious, just something to keep in mind. Jose is a great host, very friendly, and he was very attentive.

Communication is always excellent, the accommodation is great, safe, and fulfills everything it offers. Super comfortable, close to several beaches. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful little house with everthing needed for a successful stay in Delicias/Montezuma. The beds are super comfortable, kitchen well equipped (missing a blender and toaster though), nice bathroom with big shower, well functioning AC in both rooms, washing machine, lots of space, nice desks to eat breaksfast and chill. Jose is super communicative and flexible. I really appreciated it. The only recommendation would be to smooth the ramp in front of front gate because it's quite hard for non-SUV car to make it without hitting something. Looks like there will be a pool soon so we'll come back most likely! Gracias Jose.

The house is spacious for a family, a private and quiet place, and the house has all the basics for a good stay. The place is close to the best beaches in the area.

The good: practically everything. It is fully equipped, has excellent air conditioning and even hot water and a washing machine, as well as constant water and very good pressure. Very spacious, but cozy. Our dog had a great time and was safe in the large space 🐕 The bad thing: nothing I can say. José answered me too quickly? 😅 The downside (or not): the arrival road is for adventurers, and may require a 4x4 in the rainy season. We went in a fairly high 4x2 and our entrance from Cóbano was not without some potholes 🚙. Getting to Montezuma from there is very easy, but the same: the road is gravel, except for some portions and near the bridge steps, which is paved, to the last stretch to Montezuma, which is paved. Cabuya, very close, has a very beautiful beach. I recommend the Chilean cake from the bakery in Cabuya, it's amazing.

To get to the house the path is gravel. About 15-20 minutes from Cobano. Very clean. Quiet. Safe. On the other hand, the internet network does not work very well.
