My friend group absolutely loved our stay here. Jim and Amy’s home was beautiful and peaceful. The view is stunning. We were able to see lots of wildlife including whales, toucans and monkeys. There is a lot to do within a close distance, many beaches and also a waterfall that was not very busy and easy to get to. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again. We would highly recommend this home if you are visiting CR and looking for adventure.

This home truly surpassed expectations. We extended our stay in Costa Rica last-minute and needed a place quickly. Although it was initially unavailable until the next day, the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us early, which made a huge difference. The home and property were impeccable—clean, well-equipped, and set in an incredible location with breathtaking views. The wildlife alone made the stay unforgettable: howler monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds, geckos, frogs, and so much more right outside the door. We were out exploring most days, but coming back always felt like something special. With views like that, I imagine whale sightings are possible too. We would absolutely return. This place is perfect for multiple couples. We had 4 couples stay for 9 nights and the space was great. Beautiful views, gorgous pool, many spacious, comfortable common areas, large well stocked kitchen for cooking. We saw a sloth, Toucans and whales from the balcony. This place does not disappoint!!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. It's a great base from which to explore the beautiful southern Pacific coast. We visited waterfalls, beaches and mountains without having to make long drives. If you are adventurous this is the place for you.

10 out of 10! I highly recommend the Villa. The view is stunning, it is peaceful and has absolutely everything you may need - including boogie boards and a cooler for the beach. There were wonderful beaches and restaurants nearby, and lots to do if you choose to. Lounging by the pool is also nice!

This place is a absolute paradise! We can’t wait to return. Lots of wildlife right out the back door. Pictures don’t do it justice. The home was extremely inviting, clean and well maintained. Communications with the hosts were great. Highly recommend this property.

Our family had an incredible time at Wavesong Villa, surpassing our expectations and making the drive worthwhile. The breathtaking views, comfort, and ample space made it an ideal base for exploring the area. The very detailed directions were crucial in helping us find the villa despite arriving after sunset. Their recommendations were also very helpful in planning our daily adventures. Our 10-year-old son, an animal lover, was thrilled to spot a sloth near our balcony our first morning there! (Something we learned can be very rare especially for untrained eyes) And another morning we saw white-faced capuchin monkeys in the trees by the pool. These wildlife encounters, along with stunning sunrises and the sounds of the rainforest, made our mornings special. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Wavesong Villa exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a memorable vacation.

This was an amazing place to stay. The home had a true Costa Rica feel to it. The home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The bedrooms cooled off immediately to enjoy a nights sleep and the open floor plan and wide atrium doors allowed us to enjoy the outdoors all day long. The pool was clean, easy to access, and relax in while viewing the ocean and enjoying visits from the Costa Rica wildlife all day long. We were visited by all the amazing birds you could think of. From toucans to macaws. Parador’s to humming birds. So many cool birds and colorful birds to listen and view. From the balcony we saw whales splashing in the ocean several of the days and the home comes with a great set of binoculars. Easy access to local attractions and grocery stores. This place was all you need to enjoy, relax, and feel the pura vida vibes. Thank you for an amazing stay for our family of 8!

Beautiful house, views and unbeatable surroundings, spacious, clean, well decorated with everything you need for the well-being of the guests, access is easy in a 4x4 car We recommend arriving during the day, at night access is difficult due to the location. This house is absolutely a true Costa Rican beauty. Pool is great, beds are comfy, bathroom with each bedroom. The view of the upstairs porch every night was spectacular. Highly recommend this house.

We loved our stay at this beautiful spot! We traveled with two small children and it was so nice to have a private pool to escape to. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the cleaning crew was so kind. We would love to come back

We loved our stay at this house! This place was perfect for our two families with 4 little kids (ages 5 and 2). The pool was so perfect with a shallow entry for them to play in everyday. We saw monkeys and toucans during our stay! So close to Dominical and Uvita for adventures and awesome places to eat. The kids are asking daily when we can go back!

Perfect stay for 6 of us, aged 16 to 75. It’s a great area with so much to do, and the house is a perfect home base. Beautifully decorated yet uncluttered, spacious, thoughtfully appointed (lots of towels including large beach towels), extremely clean, comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the balcony watching birds in the tree out front (including toucans) in the morning, watching the sun set, the the stars, and listening to the waves. No bugs at all to contend with. Plenty of seating- really was everything we could have asked for!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful house. We went whale watching, snorkeled at Cano island, and visited Nauyaca waterfalls. There are many great places to eat in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
