a very nice place. You can visit Cayalá on foot, a very safe area, at night with many places to visit on foot.

A very nice place, quite handy, everything nearby, just take into account that to enter earlier, you have to get off at the slope on the side, there are the stairs, if not they will send you back from the Intercoms at the access gate

Place is very nice and comfortable,but my concern was that the sliding doors exiting from living room and one if the rooms didn’t actually locked. I felt unsafe in spite Diego, the owner explained it was a very safe area. As a guest I shouldn’t need to address this. Anyways, I only knew if one of the doors when I reported the situation, reluctantly it was fixed. Later I discovered the other door but because I had limited time in the city I just left it like that. Hope they can provide a nice and safe condo for future guests.

Ana, te hospedaste en uno de los edificios mas seguros de Guatemala y nos estabas haciendo problema por el seguro del balcón, a pesar de eso se te brindo solución el mismo día que tu lo reportaste, estábamos lejos y de todas maneras te brindamos apoyo de inmediato, eres muy exigente y no sabes valorar el esfuerzo que hicimos para ayudarte a pesar de que estábamos bastante lejos.... definitivamente debes de aprender a valorar todas las comodidades que te dimos en el apartamento y no solo exigir
