The perfect 3br, 3ba bungalow! We thought the separated full guest house (complete with kitchenette and private entry) was super cool especially for our group of 5 where 2 of us are a married couple and the other 3 single friends. Massive deck with lots of lounging space and different seating areas. It was very peacefu, private, and just 5 min from Sunrise Cafe which is arguably the best breakfast and brunch spot in Nosara! For the amount of rooms and space you get, the value is unbeatable. If this place is available and you don't need fancy modern ammenities but just the basics with a cozy Costa Rica vibe, BOOK THIS. It was fab!

The jungle tree house met all of our expectations! We truly felt that we were in the midst of a jungle. We never got tired of watching the monkeys!

Amazing spot, a little hard to get to if you have a regular car however not impossible. a 4x4 is recommended but not a must. otherwise this place is magical and highly recomended

The house is very nice, it is very well-equipped (especially if you like to cook). It quickly gets hot inside but the air conditioning and fans help to cool down. The terrace is lovely with beautiful views of the trees that allows you to see some animals (monkeys, iguanas, coatis and birds for us). The beds are comfortable and the accommodation is perfectly clean. The plus is that it is possible to walk directly to the beach "playa pelada" in less than 10 minutes.

We loved staying at Joseph’s house, felt like staying in a tree house! Very peaceful, had all the facilities we needed, the beds were comfortable the showers powerful and well positioned for local beaches and restaurants. Claudia who was looking after the property was very helpful and responsive

I was directed to Claudia for this Airbnb and she was so amazing. We had so many questions that included transportation, the area, places to eat, things to do, etc. She answered all of them so kindly and in a timely manner. The place was so beautiful and walking distance to many things. Would definitely come back here!

The kids had a great time in the pool and we could not believe how close the monkeys were in the trees sometimes. It was great!

Joseph’s place was amazing! The instructions to the Jungle Tree House were spot on. We rented a small SUV to get to Playa Pelada/Guiones. We’ve travelled to Playa Guiones for the last two decades, but we have never stayed in the hills at Playa Pelada. It was a welcomed change of pace as you have your own quiet getaway with everything you need from Guiones just a short 7-10 min drive away. The views from the tree house did not disappoint. The pool was wonderful after a warm day surfing and exploring the tide pools. We would definitely stay at Joesph’s place again!
