We loved staying at Ara's apartment. Sparkling clean. There was EVERYTHING we needed during the trip. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were impeccable, with everything we needed, the kitchen was ideal, and Ms. Viky treated us like royalty all weekend. She cooked delicious food for us. It was worth every penny. I'm looking forward to returning!!!

we had great vacations, is great the distribution of the apartment; the pools and everything very confortable. I just can suggest some adjustments in the paint as it looks little bit older; but I will sure come back. Ara great host!

The stay was better than we expected. The apartment is very nice and spacious. Vicky was the one who got all the credit for making our stay a 5-star one.

Ara's apartment is very nice, excellent view from the balcony in the Diamante area and Vicky cooks delicious food, and she did me the favor of buying everything. I hope to return very soon and frequently.

This is the second time that we have stayed with Ara and we love it, Vicky supported us with food and cleaning and made everything very easy for us

An excellent place to spend time as a family, everything was perfect, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, Mrs. Vicky cooked for us and it was the best meal!!!

Ara's apartment feels much better than in the photos, it is very nice and comfortable, there are very few apartments that have already been enabled so the stay felt more exclusive. Vicky gave us excellent service in cleaning and cooking, we will definitely stay with Ara again. He also let us check in earlier so we could do Home Office.

It was a good location, we had a good time with the family. We understand the damage that the building went through due to the natural disaster, however the staff was always willing to help us.

Good location of the property and access at the reception. Comfortable and clean apartment. Vicky, the cook who got us the host, the hostess got us, is excellent. We released washing machine and dryer clothes. Aracely the host was very well connected before and during the stay; and she replaces messages very quickly, which gives confidence and peace of mind. The cost benefit is very good. The main room TV requires attention because the sound fails.

When we showed up to Aracelis apartment the AC to one of the rooms wasn’t working. The owner (and her help Vicky) said they’d send someone in to fix it that day. However, days went by and nothing was fixed. On our last night the maintenance guy finally arrived and said the Owner Araceli had had the Quote to fix the AC for weeks, but did not want to pay it. We reached out to the owner hoping she’d accept her fault (renting a 5 bedroom condo knowing the AC doesn't work in 1 of them) and she refuses to make a partial refund.

The apartment is very nice, has a very nice balcony terrace with lounge chairs and a very nice big table to eat outside. Very clean.
