What can I say... the house is lovely. We've been to Santa teresa before and actually stayed in the same community before, but this house on top of the hill with the view is unreal. If you surf, you can wake up and check the waves. No more guessing with surfline. It feels private, stocked with good stuff, open layout, nice and airy - didn't even need AC - and super comfortable. Makes me want to come back to ST sooner

Our 3-week stay at Richard's was nothing short of amazing. The property was very charming, had well-equipped interior that even fit the needs of remote workers. The terrace had an incredible view and the private pool was really nice. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to local spots. Leaving was tough, but we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for an extended getaway.

Wow what an incredible oasis in paradise! Everything about our stay was perfect. The view, the pools, the house, the services and the location! We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home we will be back as soon as we can. Highly recommend!

First off - the space was gorgeous and came with an amazing concierge service ( thank you Katy!) They coordinated : a home cooked dinner with a world class chef A boat expedition to tortuga Car rental And flying our passport to SJO after we forgot it 😅 This is the best hospitality I have ever had !

This was just the break we needed! Thank you to Richard, your home is stunning. And we dont have enough kind words for Tania, she was wonderful. She planned our entire trip with incredible outings each day (surfing, hiking, bioluminescence, ziplining, horseback riding) and delicious meals each night. She even trouble shot a missed Domestic flight and rearranged our transport. We are a family of five with three young kids. The home was spotless, plenty spacious and well appointed, it was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the pool and breathtaking sunsets. We loved all the art! Thank you!

LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is THE best place to stay in Santa Teresa. After thinking we had booked the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon only to find out that it was missing an entire wall of windows & blinds and had absolutely zero privacy (also a MarAmar accommodation), we found Richard’s place & were blown away by how much nicer and worth the price it was.You get daily maid service, an incredibly comfy bed with beautiful linens (pro-tip: do not underestimate how hard it is to find a comfy mattress in Costa Rica), absolutely breathtaking views from 2 large terraces, WATER PRESSURE (hard to find in this area), a toilet w/ a built-in bidet, a plunge pool, and windows & doors that close 🙌🏻. The whole place is decorated w/ artwork from Zwart cafe & art gallery- located on main road in ST. Took us a minute to figure out keypad but that’s okay. You do need an ATV/4x4 but that’s typical. Brett was also helpful throughout! We would have extended another week if we could have 🤍🤍🤍

Pictures do not do this place justice! It is just absolutely amazing! So thankful for such a beautiful place to call home while visiting. We will be back for sure. Everything was just above expectation form communication to cleaning, everything.

We had super days in the beautiful house with great views. The house is modern and cozy, the kitchen has all the necessities. Lots of sun on the terrace at the front, beautiful sunset , at the pool at the back you can also sit in the shade. We had a 4x4 with strong motorcycle, which came in handy to easily get up the mountain. Walking is also possible if you need some workout. Beach can be reached by parking the car downstairs at the guard and then walking a bit, you can also park the car next to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants, close by. Tania and Karla were super helpful!

This is the spot! High on a hill overlooking paradise -the view cannot get any better. It was an absolute joy waking up in this house for our week-long stay. We had a hard time saying goodbye. Thank you for having us, and we would definitely stay again.

This place will get you spoiled! :) The house is as pretty as advertised, maybe even better in reality. AC inside, full kitchen, everything is clean, good beds, everything is great. A nice bonus is a large TV with HDMI to see you surf footage, and Sonos speakers for some quality music in the evening. The views from this villa are as good as it could be - panoramic view from the living room, two spacious patios with shade before 1 pm. The house is 0.7km from the beach parking (beach access road is right across the entrance to the community), and it's an easy quick walk downhill but challenging uphill - you'd want to drive up. To get to the house you'd need to walk ~2 flights of stairs from the parking lot. Surfing is right across - same beach access road. There is a friendly guy selling coconuts and smoothies which are amazing after surfing. In summary, we really loved our stay here!

Amazing sunsets from an incredible villa that has everything you could wish for. Great for our family of 5 but you’ll need a car/atv unless you are super fit!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt the villa’s location to the north of santa Teresa really suited us with a great cafe almost next door. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

This villa is spectacular! The views are amazing and the villa is decorated very well. The kitchen had every amenity you could want. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well. The concierge responded very quickly to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again!
