Excellent apartment in a spectacular oceanfront complex. Everything was perfect during our stay: the apartment is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and in excellent condition. The view, the facilities and the direct beach access made our experience truly unforgettable. La Isla Residences is an extraordinary place to rest and enjoy Acapulco. The common areas are impeccably maintained, the atmosphere is very nice and safe, and the service was excellent at all times. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area. We hope to return soon!

The apartment is located on Isla Residence and within the complex; it is very close to the beach, and it is a great place to go on vacation. Paul is a great host, he responds very quickly and is very friendly. Things to work on: 1) Cleanliness. All the cleaning supplies are old, and the apartment itself does not feel or look clean. 2) Maintenance. The kitchen is in poor condition, there are no curtains in some rooms, it lacks furniture in general, and it is not in very good condition. 3) Bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, but the sheets smell bad, and blankets are needed. 4) Windows. Some windows don't close properly; they had to come and fix them, which they did very quickly. Overall it's acceptable, the place is very good, however you don't feel that level of comfort in the apartment.
