Brenda's home is absolutely beautiful - it is spacious and feels like home away from home. Each large bedroom has its own private bathroom making it very livable for 3 separate couples. The downstairs is where the bedrooms are located which keeps it cooler at night versus upstairs plus all of the rooms have their own AC and ceiling fans. The pool/backyard is absolutely gorgeous and we used the barbecue twice. Easy to get UberEats to deliver groceries to and from. We walked into downtown San Jose one day which was an enjoyable walk/exercise. Matilde/housekeeping is so friendly and take great care of the home/property. Would recommend this stay to any couples/families and would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Brenda’s home. It definitely feels very much like a home - in a good way. The pool area was such a delightful escape, we often had trouble leaving it. I found it a little hard to grasp the layout from the photos but the living spaces and kitchen are upstairs and the 3 bedrooms (with their en suite baths) are on the lower level that opens out to the pool. It’s a very comfortable arrangement and there is a TON of space. Cross breezes are wonderful and made it so we didn’t need to use the AC but it was in each room if needed. You can tell it’s a bit of an older home but the beds and linens are very comfortable and it was nice & clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Brenda’s place was absolutely beautiful and perfect! We have a condo very close to this home but needed more room for our visiting family. This home was perfect with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. We will definitely rent this home again for visitors!

We just finished a 7 day family trip at this beautiful home. Brenda was responsive to my questions and very accommodating. I can't say enough abiut the location. We opted to not rent a car and we had no problems getting anywhere we wanted.A 5 minute walk to several restaurants, cafes and pharmacies. It was a 15 minute walk to two grocery stores, La Comer and City Market. Downtown San Jose was a 30 minute walk and we did this almost every evening for dinner and the Thursday evening Art Walk. it was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach that wasn't swimmable but a great place to walk. Only a 10 minute Uber ride to Playa Palmilla which is a beautiful swimmable beach. Ubers were plentiful and not too expensive. We even took the public bus one day to Cabo and the bus stop was only a 15 minute walk. So in summary the location was great. The property itself was beautiful. The backyard with pool and hot tub was very relaxing. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic house in a great area. Within walking distance of a spectacular beach and good restaurants. No car needed! Beautiful pool and hot tub. Brenda was great in her communication and everything went extremely smoothly.

Brenda was very accommodating and quick to communicate everything that hosts would need. She even went the extra mile and thanks to her and her wonderful housekeepers, they helped one of the people in our party retrieve their phone. Beautiful place and great experience.

Really one on the best airbnbs I’ve been to. Everything you could want for a wonderful family or group stay. The backyard pool area was a private paradise. Brenda provider a large jug of potable water with a refill which was more than enough for our needs. The place is well supplied and feels more like staying at a friends house than a rental.

Brenda was very responsive and her house keeper Mathilde was super helpful and walked us through the home upon check in.

What an AMAZING property! The Villa was large and inviting enough to provide 3 couples plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for an exceptional 5 day stay. All rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub were inviting enjoyable. A bonus feature was that we were even able to find English speaking TV channels on the TV service provided. We highly recommend the property to this property to others. You will love it!

We hand a fantastic stay. Absolutely loved the authentic Mexican style home, all rooms were very spacious, and yes each bedrm had it's on bathroom. Lots of natural light, especially all the outdoor balconys and patio. 100% would recommend to others!! Also we felt very safe.

Such a gorgeous and spacious spot. My friends and I (6 total) stayed here for two nights comfortably. There is so much space and the pool, hot tub and outdoor area are stunning. The location was easy for us to park our car and run to the beach / 10 min drive to downtown.

My family and I had a great stay. Lovely, quiet environment. Comfortable house. And VERY VERY close to a spectacular beach. The house was very well equipped with towels, beach chairs, coolers and everything else you'd need for a day at the beach. Lots of good kitchenware and a huge grocery close by. Brenda was super responsive and flexible. I suggest renting bikes and cruising up to the old town.
