The house is very nice, well equipped, clean and visibly cared for. However, we had major security and billing issues. During the night a woman appeared outside the property asking for help because they supposedly wanted to kill her, which generated a lot of concern since I was traveling with my parents, brothers and nephews. The next day, in the pool area there were five people using drugs in front of everyone. Also, when requesting the invoice, it was not issued for the full amount of the stay. These aspects significantly affected our experience.

When I booked, I asked for information about the pool and they told me that it was from 9 to 5, but 5 minutes before arrival, they informed us that the pool was not working, but was being remodeled and we arrived with 3 children and 2 young people who were excited to use it, then they sent us to another place where the pool is private and outside the residential complex! They offer an inflatable jacuzzi that doesn't heat up, and really can't be used as it should, the price is high for what they can really offer! Bad experience for me and my family, the house needs a deeper cleaning, I really felt cheated.
