Marc's place was perfect for two people but could very easily accommodate four. It's modern, clean, comfortable and has a great layout. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets from the huge balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals. We used the handy washer and dryer and also the assortment of beach toys and towels. Marc was a helpful, attentive host and the self check-in and out was super simple. Highly recommend this location for a relaxing beachside stay!

Marc is a great host. We have been going to the same area for many years an have noticed it is getting busier. We need to stop bragging about it. LOL

This condo was great! The view is spectacular, the master has a wonderful en suite, plenty of space for a family to settle in for a week or two (or more!) It's an easy jaunt to the beach or down to the marina to play. I would definitely stay again!

Marc was very helpful and responsive to our questions before we even got to his condo. The condo was quite nice and clean with reasonably good furniture. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we needed. The bathrooms were very nice and clean.The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The view of the sunset was spectacular. I’m not sure if I didn’t read the description carefully enough but we were surprised at how difficult the walk was to get up to the condo from down on the street. This place is definitely not for someone with mobility issues unless you rent a car. We ended up renting a golf cart and that turned out to be a great investment. We were able to travel to other beaches besides the one that was near the condo at Flamingo Beach and of course we could get up the hill. The driver from the airport also had trouble finding the road in to the condo complex. It was a very nice condo and we would definitely return!

Marc is an excellent host. Entry was simple and all questions etc were answered very promptly, within minutes. The condo is away from the activity of the main street but walkable to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The view is spectacular, looking out over playa Flamingo to the pacific. Gorgeous! Well equipped, plus beach towels and chairs, pool noodles etc. Beautiful swimming pool, a great meeting place. Very clean and washer and dryer on the suite. Elevator. And being on the 2nd floor easy to walk up and down when we chose to. Monty and Andrea

Marc is an incredible host, very helpful and his house is great for family vacations.

The apartment is awesome, super clean, spectacular view, very centric, good parking lot, the beach is 3 minutes away (walking distance), there are beach chairs, condo pool is fantastic with atonish view and a has BBQ grill that is awesome.

Marc was very responsive and accommodating on a last minute decision to head to Guanacaste. His place is as described and in a great location. There is a steep hill if you walk, but that’s the case for all the places on that point of the shore. The air conditioning is great and the view from the balcony is fabulous. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at Marc’s condo. Beautiful views from the huge balcony. Great layout of condo, spacious enough for up to 4 people with the second bedroom and bath. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, extra amenities like beach chairs, cooler, and BBQ grill on patio. The overall complex is also very nice. Great pool, well maintained grounds, 24 hr security guard. Would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected, condo is great layout, great location, everything you need! Online pictures don't do the condo justice, it is even better. Short walk to the beach and extras like beach chairs, boogie board, ice chest. Be sure to try Coco Loco on the beach, great food at sunset!

An excellent place to stay, it has all the necessary amenities and is exactly as shown in the photos. It has an incredible view and a few minutes from a beautiful beach... If you go by bus, the terminal is a few meters from the Condominium, so it is quite comfortable.
