perfect spot on the beach, David was very relaxed and helpful, everything worked perfectly and we had a fantastic weekend there.

Jerome‘s house was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful view, beautiful house, the perfect place in Nicaragua. Jerome himself was super chill, super friendly, and super helpful. I would recommend staying with Jerome at this house to anybody looking to come to Nicaragua.

Amazing beachfront villa in a magical location, with a dream garden and a perfect host turned our stay there to an absolute pleasure. Jerome was dedicated and attended to all our needs quickly and always with a smile. We followed his recommendations religiously and enjoyed each and every one of them, including some incredibly delicious meals and interesting areas to explore nearby. The whole experience was wonderful and gave us a real taste of local life. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jerome’s place! From the moment we booked, Jerome was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great advice about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was fantastic, and the ocean view was simply spectacular - we couldn’t have asked for a better location. David, who helped us during our stay, was also excellent - very attentive and kind whenever we needed anything. Thanks to Jerome’s hospitality and this beautiful property, we had the best Christmas holidays ever. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for an amazing getaway!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Oceanfront house in a beautiful area of Popoyo,

A truly amazing place to stay right on the beach in a quiet part of the village. The host and caretaker were very accommodating and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

We were all very happy with our stay. The house location could not have been better. We were pleasantly surprised that there were few mosquitoes, which had been a concern. David, the manager, was prompt in replying to our questions. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Jeromes, Its a lot of house for the price in a great location with several good restaurants in walking distance. Jerome and his property manager, David were both great. We loved the out door spaces with and beach right outside. This is Nica so the power was out several days but fortunately on every night. It was very hot while we were there so we paid the $10 per room per night to have AC which was a life saver when sleeping. Great surfing at Popoyo reef and Jerome reffered us to a very affordable boat to surf Lance's and Playgrounds. Hope we can come stay here again!
