Our family loved our stay at Casa Saema. There was more than ample space for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The home was prepared well for guests. The location was in a convenient area of Casco Viejo, walkable and near plenty of restaurants. It was a bonus to enjoy a personal gallery walk with all the beautiful pieces of artwork, including the architecture of the building itself. The pool was very refreshing, and the concierge Franceline was extremely friendly and helpful. Any of our questions or concerns were addressed promptly.

This is an amazing place, beautiful space, loads of room with fabulous private terraces at the back overlooking the pool and very cleverly designed spaces at the front to sit in and watch the world go by. It is in a perfect location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby - try the rooftop bars, fab - and walkable to everything in the old town. The pool is such a welcome addition. Host is easy to communicate with and there is a caretaker on site if you need her.

Amazing location, amazing design-property! Absolutely stunning house in a position that enables you to experience all the Casco Viejo has to offer. Franceline, who looks after the property, lives in a different apartment onsite and was incredingly helpful. Would also recommend enlisting Roberto, the recommended driver, who was super helpful at all times and very reasonably priced and reliable. Such kind people.

Franceline and Sabine were great to work with and very responsive. We loved the location. Lots to do and easily walkable.

Panama City owes me nothing. We arrived in the evening via car service. Per the advise given by our host, driving and parking in the old city is not fun. The streets are quite narrow and the Uber driver who picked us up was given a ticket for blocking the road. The online manager was incredibly helpful to us. Upon arrival, the manager walked us through the apartment and made herself available for any questions The apartment was spacious with different spaces for family to congregate. The home was well appointed and centrally located in the old city. I highly recommend purchasing produce at the San Filipe market which is within 10 minutes of the rental. I felt safe walking around the whole of Panama City and took an Uber to a restaurant called Peach Fuzz International, which serves some of the best fried fish in the City. As in most cities, walk with purpose and you’ll be ok.

Finding “very nice” in Panama isn’t very easy. This hit the nail on the head. Brilliant design, super location, attentive hosts. Feels like an architecturally transitional jungle in the heart of the old town. What a magnificent blend. Apartment had all we needed. Properly stocked. Location was bang on. Should we venture this way again, we will certainly return here. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the place was fantastic, complemented by beautiful lighting that made it feel really welcoming. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and Francine was an incredibly helpful host who made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Casa Saema was an absolute gem in Panama City. The place is even more impressive in person than the photos show, the design, layout, and overall vibe are incredible. Sitting out on the balcony and taking in the energy of Casco Viejo was honestly one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location couldn’t be better either, with amazing restaurants, cafes, and everything you need just steps away. A huge shoutout to Franceline as well, she was absolutely amazing, incredibly thorough, responsive, and made the entire stay seamless from start to finish. The penthouse itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of character, and the pool was a very cool bonus after exploring the city. We absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend.

This apartment is stunningly beautiful and located right in the heart of Casco Viejo, which I would consider to be the best place to be in Panama City. Francine met us to show us everything in the apartment and was available on site if needed, although everything worked very well. The kitchen is wonderful, with ice maker, dishwasher and kettle/coffee maker and AC worked brilliantly, and the laundry machine and dryer are very large. We all loved the little interior pool. Just for information, the gorgeous master bedroom has a connecting seating area with sleep sofa that we used as a fourth bedroom. We walked all over Casco Viejo which is chock full of excellent restaurants (just across the street to the right is Corcho which was our best meal of all). Bedrooms are all very quiet and comfortable. The area is very thoroughly policed and we felt very safe walking everywhere day and night. This place is very special and Francine was a wonderful host!

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful place located in the heart of Casco Viejo! Everything was as presented on the listing with an easy check in process. We especially loved swimming in the pool throughout our stay! Location wise it’s hard to imagine anything better. Endless restaurants, shops, cafes, and more within walking distance. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

Excellent stay at Sabine’s place. The location is perfect in the heart of Casco Viejo with easy access to great restaurants, bars, and places of interest. Although nightlife gets noisy in the area, inside the apartment is very quiet. We loved the tasteful design and decorations of each space; more impressive in person than what the photos show. Franceline was very friendly and willing to help us with anything we may have needed. Sabine’s place was a great find and we highly recommend it!
