We had a great week at Alex’s place with my family of 4. The beach is a short trail walk away, and it’s easy to get used to the routine of being there. We appreciated Alex’s help and advice, and I hope we can make it back one day.

We’ve stayed at Alex’s place many times and it has everything we want and need. We’ll be back next year!!

Great location. Easy walk to the two main parts of the village while still super close to food and drink. The easy beach path that leads to the property made beach days super easy, the only traffic was the iguanas. Great surf waves right off the path. Pool was nice and in the sun, not to shaded. House was as described, rustic and classic costa rica living. Plenty equipped in kitchen. Living areas were great. Plenty of fans and AC units. Listing mentioned its rustic but could use a little touch up around the unit as all homes do. Doesnt take away from anything. Property is secure and safe. Alex is on property to assist with anything, and has some great local suggestions.

Great beach house! My family of 4 loved staying here! The location is incredible. We loved the outdoor showers after the beach. The pool is great and laundry is available onsite. The A/C in the rooms works great! Alex was super helpful and gave us great recommendations! We cant wait to come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and spacious and the porch is amazing especially the outdoor shower. We had lots of room for our family of five. The pool area is great and never felt crowded even with other people staying there. And you cannot beat the private trail to the beach. Alex was super responsive, very friendly and welcoming. We loved it so much we booked our next stay while we were still there!

Great location and setting in general. Highly recommend if staying in Nosara/Guiones. This was our 4th time in Nosara and Alex’s was my favorite location and I would simply rebook here next time I come instead of looking anywhere else.

We had an incredible stay at Alex’s slice of paradise. I’ve been to Nosara a dozen times and stayed at places high and low, and this is a real find. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this. The price is very reasonable for the location. The place itself is beautiful and well maintained, with lots of nice areas to relax in and out of the sun around the pool and patios. The host Alex is a super nice, chill guy. We loved it here and can’t wait to return.

We had such a wonderful stay! Accommodations were excellent, plenty of towels and the A/C was nice and cool when we needed it. The private beach access is so rare in Nosara and really made it easy to catch the sunset each night. Perfect mix of privacy with some shared common spaces, we can’t wait to bring friends and family back here, it’s a great spot for extended family to vacation together comfortably!

Can’t beat this location for proximity to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and surfboard rental. The accommodations are comfortable with a great yard and pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Alex was very responsive, a welcoming host who even helped us out with our laundry. The parking is secure. We can’t wait to come back again!

Had great, exceptional features including the path through the trees to the beach, the plunge pool and hot water outdoor shower. Having laundry was very helpful.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

It was amazing staying here! You cannot get close to the beach with our own private path to the beach which was about a 3 minute walk. Great pool, nice surroundings and clean comfortable space. Alex was awesome as well, fantastic host!!
