The hotel is great and the ocean view is wonderful. Everything was clean, organized and as shown in the photos. Breakfast was delicious. Javier was very kind and helpful. We would definitely come back.

A haven of peace and quiet in the middle of the vibrant village of Santa Teresa, you feel like you're at a friend's or close relative's house who greets you in the morning with a smile. The place is simple but has more than you need. The view is worth a million dollars, very privileged with ocean views from your bed and the incredible sunset under a beautiful tree that adorns the entire property. I would come back without thinking much.

The perfect stay in Santa Teresa, we absolutely loved it. The view from this place was breathtaking, and we ended up spending every sunset there. Peaceful location up the hill but still very central. Javi was an amazing host that made us feel welcome and was so easy to communicate with. Stay here!

A great, quiet hotel with insanely beautiful views. You can be at the beach and the main road in no time without getting the noise. The pool is wonderful and the two hosts Flo & Javi super friendly, attentive and helpful. We were always able to reach out to Javi with questions and got valuable tips right away. Thank you so much, it was a very nice stay ☺️🍍☀️

We just loved our stay at Javi's! There is no better place to watch the beautiful sunsets and stargaze at night. The room got cleaned every day and Javi and his wife helped us with whatever we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. There is a number of good restaurants nearby. Thank you for having us! We will be back.

Javier’s place was clean, well kept, and came with stunning views. He was super accommodating for anything I might’ve needed and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this small hotel! The view is amazing but because of the hill we rented an atv right away. The breakfast was great and we had dinner twice too, excellent steaks!

Absolutely epic stunning view and a welcome oasis up above the dust and noise of the Main Street. This is a perfect work and relax retreat space and the wifi at this hotel is better than my wifi at home in California, which was a pleasant surprise. I was prepared from the description and other reviews that this was up a big hill. I’m pretty fit and boy did I get some good exercise! If you’re not up for that adventure then a car or atv is definitely the way to go. Javi was super friendly, funny and helpful - everything you could want in a host. The other guests were also really friendly and the outdoor space is such that you can socialize with other guests or keep to yourself. I enjoyed both. Will definitely be back again and wish I could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous view and sunset from the Airbnb, away from the noisy street of Santa Teresa. Javier was a very accommodating host and helped us with whatever we needed (where to find what in the town). He always made sure that we were well taken care of and had everything we needed at the Airbnb. The rooms were very clean, and would be cleaned every morning, during our stay. Rent an ATV or 4X4 car to drive up the steep bumpy hill and to get around in general. Thank you Javier, Flo and Chong Lee! See you again one day!
