This is a wonderful place to stay in the best location. We loved how spacious the rooms were. Everything you need is in this home. There is a cute restaurant down below that play music for happy hour. We loved getting ready for dinner, opening up the patio doors and being able to listen to music while getting ready. We went down a few times to grab drinks. What I loved the best was being away from the hustle of north beach. The beaches are beautiful but it was crowed. It was nice to be able to jump on the golf cart and get some peace and quiet. The views are spectacular. Being centrally located made it easy to get anywhere on the island. Our family had the best week!

great place for family vacation. spectacular ocean views. breeze was lovely. live music and bar/restaurant downstairs. beds are comfortable and plenty of space for us. rented golf cart to get around. would definitely stay again. Ty Alex and team for a wonderful week in Isla

Everything went very well! The accommodation is beautiful, well equipped and clean. Alex and his team are responsive hosts, attentive and know how to accommodate you when you arrive earlier than 3pm. thank you again.

Excellent location, nice building. host is responsive. a few small deferred maintenance items in the apartment, but can't beat the views and price point

I loved the place, good location

Absolutely AMAZING stay!! Alex and his staff were super accommodating, responsive, friendly and attentive. The 3 bedroom villa was absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning! The beds were so comfortable too and everything was very clean. It’s a great, quiet location and I highly recommend staying here. We will be back for sure!!

It was nice to be on Isla Mujeres

My stay at Alex's place exceeded my expectations, we spent very pleasant and comfortable days, the apartment is very nice and has a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea, I definitely recommend it.

Great over all experience

We rented for 2 weeks had a great stay without any issues. Host was very responsive, beds were comfortable and amazing views.

We had an amazing stay on Isla Mujeres — the place exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos honestly didn’t do it justice; it was even better in person. The location was perfect — centrally located on the island, which made it easy to explore both the north end and some great local spots nearby. We loved being close to authentic food and still just a quick trip from the more touristy areas. The building staff was friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the island!

You get to wake up every morning to that gorgeous view and sunrise! Clean, just like the pictures, perfect location for us far from the crazy north island area. Two golf cart spots, great A/C, lots of filtered water! Host was helpful and replied immediately- always attentive and sent in housekeeping on second day for refresh. Enjoyed the ease of Konita’s downstairs if we didn’t feel like making breakfast. Always liked the musicians they had on the patio during happy hour- not overwhelming, just delightful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Large, comfy space with all the amenities. Host was excellent and the views are amazing. Definitely rent a golf cart or have transportation.
