This was a fantastic place! We loved our stay and they were super helpful and responsive. We already can't wait to come back.

Location is fabulous - especially if you like to surf. Everything is contained if you want the ease of a golf cart or moped/scooter. Clean and safe, very pretty grounds and beaches.

The view at Casa Carolina is unbeatable! Amazing sunsets, huge deck, great views from inside the house too. Easy walk or drive to Playa Santana (~5 min walk down the hill, maybe 10 min up). AC units were really efficient. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The noise from the nearby construction was minimal and not an issue for us at all. We loved this house!

Comfortable and great location. We have stayed in several apartments managed by NSR. They are the best.

The location is amazing. We had some mishaps, but José solved them very well. We would stay again.

Beachfront house with ocean view. We spent our vacation in a wonderful place. The house is 5 minutes from the surfing spot, Panga Drops, and 30 minutes from Pico Colorado. You can do it by walking along the beach. We want to go back. Nsr gives its full support. Whenever I call them, they promptly respond. Super indico!!

Peaceful and relaxing. Ten-minute walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and kind.

We had a spectacular time. We love Iguana. The Twon Houses are super comfortable, beautiful and spacious. The NRS guy took care of us like no one else… the best!!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say that this airbnb exceeded my expectations. The views from the balcony are breathtaking all around we got to see monkeys got a gorgeous breeze, and we were able to quickly walk to the beach or the beach club restaurant. I strongly recommend renting a golf cart, especially if you have young kids so that you can reach the other restaurants, the market or any other amenities, it may be walkable, but it’s pretty far to get around if you have young kids, I would reserve the golf cart in advance and have it set for the entire vacation. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! I also recommend getting groceries before you reach Iguana due to the prices, but they do have a lot of variety there. The concierge Jose was incredibly responsive, great support there.

Amazing villa A-13. We have travelled all over the world and this is one of our top 3 stays. Gorgeous ocean view, beautiful pool, beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. NSR was responsive and helpful and we had a great comfortable stay for 7 days. The surf was epic and it was a 1 min walk from our place. Pilis kitchen inside the resort was hands down some of the best food we have ever had. We ate there 4x. The little market was great for eggs,coffee,yogurt and ice cream. Maria’s store was great for souvenirs and handmade bags that I bought. Overall just a relaxing wonderful place!! Thank you!

Great Service. Best hosts in the area. And José as the Concierge was the best. Great Service, very Friendly and had lots of recommendations and helpful tips. all around great experience. Will book with them in the future for sure

Casa Soñada is true to it’s name ( Dream House) Location and surroundings are breathtaking. We had a very hard time leaving and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Jose for accommodating our request and helping us elevate our experience with massages and horse back riding adventure.
