The photos truly do not do this house justice. The views, the space, and the overall atmosphere went far beyond what we were expecting (the photos do not do this house justice!). We were a group of 8 friends visiting from Costa Rica for vacation, and we’ll honestly be dreaming about this place for a long time. Mario, who looks after the property, went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything that came up — he genuinely made our experience 10 times better. Karen was also amazing, helping us quickly arrange massages, rent motorcycles, and even extend our motorcycle rentals last minute when we decided we wanted to keep exploring. The beach access and pool are unmatched. Most of our days were spent reading, playing cards by the pool, and soaking in how special this place is. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to come back next year.

What a beautiful villa Gigi and Jose have, Mario looked after us excellently as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Best location in popoyo

The house is perfectly located between Playa Santana and Beginners' Bay. Directly on the waterfront and with a very comfortable terrace for being outside.

Small private section on the beach, great. Mario maintained the place very well (swimming pool, sand, security). Loved our stay. Sunset every night.

I went to Popoyo with friends to look for a quiet place and surf. We found a beautiful house in a perfect location also to reach the spots on foot. Karen pampered us by preparing a fantastic breakfast every morning with a sea view, and Mario - the caretaker - is really a lovely person. It was a wonderful vacation with friends and we will definitely be back.
