Excellent support from the host throughout the stay, lovely and very spacious house, perfectly equipped kitchen, having a billiard table is fun, great place to barbecue with wonderful view of the ocean and even the Costa Rican coastline.

Our family had a great time in this house. A beautiful beach that is not very crowded. The house is spacious and well-organized, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The road is new. It's a place to relax and enjoy nature. We loved it.

Beautiful location, a little difficult to access, pleasant house to stay in. Deserves to be better maintained. Frequent and long power outages. However, we had a lovely stay and discovered the pleasure of billiards.

A nice peaceful and quiet stay with beautiful views. I was disappointed that the kitchen didn't provide any basic cooking supplies, especially in a location without restaurants where you need to prepare your own food. I had to make a return trip to the store to buy basics like salt. If you're planning to use the washing machine as included in the listing, check ahead. It was broken when we arrived and we weren't notified in advance.

Hi Lindy it was great having you at my place. I have salt and other condiments at my place you should have asked for them and I would have been happy to hand them all over to your guys. The washing mashine broke two days before you arrival and is fixed by now. Also Nelson told me that you used his washing mashine instead? I hope you have safe travels! Kind regards Till

Highly recommended. The view is beautiful, you can hear the sea from the house. The house is very spacious and nice. Pool table for entertainment. It's pretty close to the beach by car. The Coco beach is very beautiful. Very spacious rooms with closets and air conditioning. Both the hosts and Nelson were very friendly and responded quickly. Thank you, Pura Vida!

Excellent stay! The place is impeccable, just like the photos, the house has a spectacular view, it's super spacious, well equipped and super close to the beach. We really enjoyed it with the family. Very grateful to Till for his very kind attention and constant communication in the process and to Nelson for his attention in the house. Recommended 10/10

Fantastic place with stunning views... a must for any visitors to Nicaragua to see and enjoy to get the full view of from them middle of the tropical dry forest overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Cocos Plates..
