Great stay! The pool was a must, because of the heat! The view is splendid; the accommodation is clean! Johanna and Nathan are attentive and proactive! I know it's not the host's fault, but the construction noise next door was a bit annoying. The beach is beautiful and a few minutes' walk away. We learned to live with the wildlife of Costa Rica!! Pura vida! I highly recommend this listing 🙂

Nice property, but tough location and missing amenities. The place itself is very nice, but getting around can be a challenge. Two off the bedrooms only have outside bathroom. The road up to the property is very steep, the route to the beach is impractical, and there is some nearby construction. Inside, be aware that there is no dishwasher

Our family of 5 adults had a great stay at Casa Yolo. We were provided with a very thorough welcome package at time of booking including check in and check out details, wifi info, local attractions and activities etc. The views of the ocean were amazing. The outside space has lush gardens and is very private and the pool was the perfect temperature. Lots of seating for lounging, dining and enjoying the sunsets. All 3 bedrooms had good individual air conditioning with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need, ample pots and pans, dishes, and appliance etc. House keeping came every other day, unless you otherwise specified. Johanna was quick and thorough each time. Although you don’t have access to laundry machines, laundry service is included, turn around time is fast and the detergent they use smells soooo good!!!! We also enjoyed our daily visits from Tomi, Johanna’s very cute and well behaved pup! Thank you for a great stay!

This is a perfect spot in Santa Teresa. The beach, shopping, and restaurants are right down at the bottom of the hill. The property itself is secluded, clean, and perfect, with an incredible view of the ocean. I definitely would stay here again.

The house was fantastic, close to restaurants yet still quiet and private. A 4‑wheel drive vehicle or ATV is definitely needed to get up the hill to the house, but the host made everything easy by arranging a shuttle to and from the airport and having a side‑by‑side delivered directly to the property. The main living area connects to two bedrooms, both with king‑size beds. We didn’t use the third bedroom, which has two double beds and a separate entrance, though it is still close to the main living space. We loved the easy access to beaches, tide pools, and restaurants. Our kids loved swimming in the pool, (~5ft deep) in the afternoons. The views are absolutely stunning, perfect for watching the sunset. We would happily stay here again.

If you are looking for a stunning view, nice pool, comfy beds, all in the heart of ST, then this is the place for you. Accommodating hosts and all around a great stay. 5 stars.

This was our second stay at Casa YOLO and it was as incredible as the first. We love the private space, the pool and amazing outdoor dining! The caretakers are super kind and helpful.

We had long hesitated between a seaside residence or sea view and frankly this hillside is the perfect combo between proximity to bars/restaurants/beaches and quiet. Some comments mention the usefulness of a 4x4, it is not essential for this accommodation but on the other hand to walk around and visit this beautiful region... yes. The maintenance staff was perfect and fully respected our privacy. The host always answers our questions In short, a big favorite for this place and this house

The pictures say almost everything. The view is phenomenal and the house is also amazing. The kitchen is Fully stocked and everything works perfectly.

Such a lovely stay, the villa is gorgeous, views are stunning, we loved it! The hill is walkable but steep so it was definitely a good work out, we had a 4x4 and it managed it fine. Santa Teresa is great, so many restaurants and bars, we surfed/tried to, headed to Montezuma for zip wire and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the villa. BBQ and kitchen was great, we ate in a few times and quite enjoyed watching the ant action at night. Tomi the dog was a lovely extra we discovered he loved chomping on ice cubes, he was a gem! The hosts are very responsive, loved the info they sent it was great, would highly recommend staying here.

What an incredible place, we just finished 5 days at Casa YOLO as a family of five, we all loved it and didn’t want to leave! The setting and view is beautiful, the pool is great to cool off and Santa Theresa is perfect. We ate at Aroma and the Bakery and both were fantastic with amazing food. The beach is stunning and great to play on for the kids, just be careful of currents as they are strong, be sure to swim where the life guards are (they are super helpful and aware we found). Laurent was so helpful and responsive! All in all, we loved it and favourite stop on our tour of beautiful Costa Rica!! Thank you!
