Ashley was helpful with all inquiries. We were a group of 14 and everyone found a nice spot to sleep. Views are incredible, and the pool is very spacious. Highly recommend.

Opening the front door to the beautiful view set the tone for the trip. The layout was great for big groups. We never felt like we were living on top of each other and had plenty of room to spread out. There was also someone who came by every morning to clean which was nice. The outdoor area was lovely. We were at the end of whale watching season and got lucky with numerous sightings just from sitting on the back patio/in the pool. The kitchen and family room was an open concept that worked well for big groups and had enough seating to accommodate meals for everyone together (we had 15 adults in our group). The lock system took a little to get used to but Ashley was responsive and helped get us another onsite contact person in case we had any issues. The area is very safe. No cars are let in without coordinating with the front gate which was easy to do. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

This villa in Pedregal is absolutely gorgeous. You are on the mountain side of Pedregal so you overlook the beach, rather than the marina, and that makes it feel much more remote. The living space / pool was great. Everything worked well, and we a housekeeper came everyday to help tidy up. Ashley was very responsive to any requests or questions.

Had an awesome stay here! Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Living area is great for large groups. The pool and view were both amazing.

This is a beautiful and very spacious house with lots of bedrooms. We found it to be comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the amazing pool view and the indoor-outdoor layout, which made the stay feel open and relaxing. However, communication with the host was slow on several important matters. It took some time to get the storm protection opened up, which unfortunately delayed us from fully enjoying the view and outdoor space early on. During our stay, we experienced a major rainstorm (it seemed like a near-hurricane level event), and we noticed water leaking in certain parts of the house. While the host responded as soon as they could, it appears the house may not be built to fully handle a storm of that magnitude. Overall, it's a nice property with fantastic amenities, but there is definitely room for improvement in host responsiveness and perhaps some maintenance to ensure the home is watertight for all weather conditions.

As for the water leakage and air-conditioning issues caused by the heavy rain during your stay, we addressed them promptly and did our best to resolve the situation. Villa Jade De Law was amazing and perfect for our stay! Ashley was able to provide us a property that was accurately described and clean. The view from the villa was so nice, would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to vacation in Cabo San Lucas!

A truley beautiful property that was perfect for multiple couples staying together on a group trip. Views and location are incredible and this house made for a relaxing weekend away. Ashley and her team were fantastic hosts and I would highly recommend making this the place to stay when next in Cabo.

Such a beautiful home the pictures do not make it justice! Spotless clean home. All the rooms had beautiful views of the ocean. Living room and kitchen was a good size for the group of 15 we had. To top it off the patio was gorgeous the infinity pool was great! Ashley was great host , respond in timely matter to our questions! Would 100 percent recommend this home for your next vacation!

Perfect airbnb in the gated Pedregal community. Extremely clean and spacious just like the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (most with double sinks) so our group of 19 had more than enough room to spread out. There is a daily housekeeping service and pool cleaner which makes it feel as luxurious as a hotel.
