Santa Teresa Holidays

Wonderful! The house is beautiful and a fun place to stay. The rooms were spacious and comfy, 2 had sliding doors right to the pool area. The 3rd bedroom is like a private apartment. The kitchen, dining & living area were perfect for our family to prepare meals, dine and hang out in the indoor hammocks. Our host, Clara, was amazing & always available for any questions or local tips. She also met us at the property the first day, which was a nice touch. There was fresh local fruit in the kitchen upon our arrival & the kitchen was well stocked with supplies & extras for cooking. The beach is a short walk and there are so many great cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. This surf town is busy with lots of people and ATVs & motorcycles buzzing about. The property is right on the main road, but the house feels private as it’s tucked away with a secure entrance and gate. There is street noise and club music on w/e nights but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

The La Lora Villa is truly a private oasis, yet just outside the gates are the excellent cafés and shops in the heart of Santa Teresa. Being able to walk easily to the beach and the La Lora surf break was essential for our multigenerational group from sunrise surfs to sunset. The deep swimming pool is awesome. The two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The upstairs apartment bedroom is a great retreat, with its own porch and kitchen, giving a little separation from the group. We appreciated having AC in the bedrooms. The two couch/trundle beds in the sides of the great room are comfortable, but there is no AC in the common space and more light and street noise, so we moved mattresses into a bedroom for the kids. Despite street noise the villa felt peaceful during the day but a few nights were louder. The villa manager Clara was wonderful and helpful. We loved staying right in this amazing villa right the center of La Lora!

We had an incredible time at the Villa! Chantal and her team were rockstars! Very responsive and provided great recommendations for our stay. The Villa is in a prime location on the main road but is gated so there is plenty of privacy. Beach access and great food right across the street. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Amazing place to stay in ST! The house is big, nice, well stocked, and the location can’t be beat. We stayed with our one and a half year old and we felt right at home as a family. The concierge service is fantastic as well. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

This home is a must to stay at, Its beautiful. We enjoyed the beach it is walkable, you’re in great location in town so you get to enjoy the local restaurants. The host Rocio was exceptional, she recommended a wonderful ATV tour to the waterfalls, so amazing. We even forgot something upon check out and it was mailed.

What a great time we had in La Lora Beach Villa. The best of all, was the location. Steps from the beach and surf, but inside the house and around the pool you feel in an oasis. The villa comes with full concierge services, which was great. Chantal and her team were amazing and helped where needed. I can’t express how perfectly located this villa is…. Everything is right at your fingertips. I stayed with my family and I highly recommend this place, and will come back for sure.

Our stay in this home and our time in Santa Teresa was lovely. The perfect amount of privacy within walking distance of most everything, including the beach. This house had everything we needed and more. Big Thanks to Angi and Fabian for assisting us with booking things in advance, like quad rental and surf lessons. Just perfect.

Prime time location if you want to be walking distance to everything. Very good restaurants across the street and many great restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Also shops and stores are very close to this location.

La Lora is a fantastic house in an amazing spot in Santa Teresa, right across the street from beach access and one of the best breakfast spots in town, Ani’s. Our host was also amazingly helpful with all aspects of the trip. We’ll definitely be back!

Great spot, less than 5 minutes walking to Santa Teresa beach

Incredible house in the middle of it all. Right in the middle of the nightlife and action with east walking distance to great restaurants, surf shop and the best sandy beach. If a light sleeper, take some ear plugs as the restaurants adjacent have live music that stood around 10 most nights. Pool is excellent and has everything you need for cooking etc.

We had the best time at the villa! We are a family of 4 and had the entire month of February to spend in this wonderful home. Santa Teresa is definitely a vibrant scene, so it does mean you will hear local live music each night. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby, a very short walk to the beach, and a relaxing pool to play in after the surf. The home was well stocked and we enjoyed nights of cooking in the nice open kitchen. Beds are very comfortable and it’s a nice break to have A/C in the bedrooms. Love the showers and the separate studio apartment for any overnight guests who came to visit. Angela was wonderful at staying in touch and answering questions. She helped us book experiences and our COVID tests before departure. Overall a truly wonderful time!

Great location. Perfect for large groups, we had 6 adults and 2 kids. The pool was excellent.

Fantastic location with great food options so close by. Angela and Fabian were great communicators and solved any minor issues we had. The La Lora beach is fantastic and the Proto, El Falcon, Satori and OSA are all walking distance from the house. House was a great setup for our group of 5 people.
